Knock Knock

"Miss. Krista"

"Huh?" I said half awake.

"It's time to get ready for school"

"School...school, oh yes! It's Monday.... ugh"

Sigh

School-is where you learn basic education and to prepare yourself for the future. It is also known as your second home.

More like a hell hole. Why do I have to go to school? I mean they teach me the same stuff over and over. And the people there... Brr... I'm getting chills just thinking about them. They are the most uneducated beings in this planet. Especially those bitches loitering around school just to catch attention on those filthy boys. They all think that looking pretty and all that will win anyone's heart. Why can't they just read a book? Books are more interesting than those obnoxious boys.

Enough talking. So I went into my bathroom and took a quick bath. I dried my hair and put on my uniform. I then braid my hair and put on my glasses. And that's all. It only took me about half an hour. I got all my stuff and went down.

"Good morning dear" my mom said smiling at me. I just smirked at her. "Krista, why won't you let your hair lose?" my mom said looking at me with her starry eyes. "Mom, we've talked about this" I said as I ate my toast. "I know but-" "Mom just please, stop" I said. "Okay dear" my mom said looking disappointed. "We'll be home late today dear" my mom said getting her things. "Yeah" I said waving my hand. "Take care dear" my mom said as she closes the door. Now it's just me and my toast.

I finished eating my breakfast and I was off to school. My school is not that far from our house. I can already see a glimpse of my school's building. As I reached my school, someone got my bag. I ran after them. Well at least I'm fast in running. I saw them scavenging my bag. Why would they get my bag anyway? I saw them getting my books. Wait what? my BOOKS?!  Why would they want my book? Before I could confront with them they already ran off. Now my bag is full of sticky notes saying: "NERD" "FREAK" "BOOKWORM" "YOU DON'T BELONG HERE" I just throw all of them. Do they even realize that, that kind of attack won't effect me? Those were just child's play. Well they did get my books, who cares? Teachers won't really mind.

We all went to our respective classrooms. My first class is Literature, with Miss.Brace. I seated the chair near the window. "Everyone please be seated" Miss. Brace said. "I am Miss. Brace your Literature teacher" She looks like in her mid 30's. She looks a bit stout and wears glasses. She wears rosy pink lipstick and pink eye shadows. I guess her favorite color is pink. "Now everyone please get your books and turn them to page 26" she said looking at us. I got my bag and remembered those filthy thieves. I just got my novel book and act that it was my real book. "You there" Miss Brace said pointing at me "Girl near the window, read out loud the first stanza" Oh no. I got up and said nothing. "Where is your book?" Miss Brace said as she came near me. "I- uh" I can't say it, my tongue is all tangled up. "Let me see your bag" Miss Brace said looking angry. I did as she said and gave her my bag. "Miss Young right?" she asked. "Yes" I answered back. "After class please go to the principle's office, and bring your bag" Miss Brace said. I don't understand what did I do?
