Chapter 3: Memory hill,  words of peace.

NATSU'S POV

"Who are you people?"

My body stiffened. Don't tell me......she lost her fucking memory?! No, it can't be! That was the only thing that she still had, the only damn thing! Now, she's a whole freaking person! WTF am I supposed to do?!

I started taking heavy breaths, and worried eyes turned to me. Lucy was still looking around, but her eyes saw my mine which had tears coming out. My body shook with anger. I couldn't save her.

"Natsu, calm down.." hushed Erza.

"How can I calm the fuck down?!" I blasted out. Little did I know that Lucy was moving to touch my hand but my outburst caused her to take it back.

"You are scaring her.........that will affect her, calm yourself." said Master, as he held my shoulder.

"No! Don't freaking tell me what do! It's my damn fault that she's like this! She got damn amnesia, for fuck's sake! What the hell am I supposed to do, be with her now that she's so different and knowing that I caused it?!" I spat out.

Master looked taken aback and took his hand away from me. Now I know why Lucy was scared.

"Natsu...." mumbled Happy.

"Look, I'm sorry, okay?! I just need to relax....I'll be outside." I said, as I walked out and slammed the door behind me.

Before I made myself to move, I heard someone talking to Lucy.

"Lucy, relax. He was just a bit, emotional." said Gray.

"He alright?" she asked, not wanting to say, 'is he alright.' She is trying to not use a lot of words. However, I could sense the concern in her voice.

Well that's different.

"I don't know." replied Gray.

"Tell me." she said, probably wanting to know why she lost her memory.

"Are you sure you're okay for it? I mean, maybe Natsu should be the one to tell you that." said Charle.

"Tell me." said Lucy again in the same tone. This reminded me of yesterday morning before the job, where I had asked her what she wanted to do. Yeah, she was asleep in that state for the night.

"First, we need to know how much you remember." said Mirajane. This could be interesting. They're also trying to get her to talk a lot. Smart, but she will just say it plainly.

"All I remember is waking up with no emotion. After that, it was black for me and now this event." said Lucy.

She remembers when she woke up? She is meaning when she woke from that slumber she was in!

"Wait. You remember the time when you awoke from a three month sleep?!" exclaimed Wendy.

"Yeah. This too." said Lucy.

I heard some more mumbling before Master perked up saying that he will tell her the truth.

"You see, after you had awoke, you were quite.........different, like now. You wanted to do a job which was to clean a park, and during that time, a trash paper flew out of your hand and you went to take it. Something went wrong with one of the cranes In the nearby building and it kind of.....hit you." explained Master.
