~Epilogue~
"Where are we going daddy?" asked a little voice. I looked down to the adorable two-year old beside me.
"We're going to visit somewhere special with Aunt Erza and Aunt Wendy, and Uncle Gray will come with us too. Gramps will come too along with Aunty Mira." I replied, rubbing my little girl's head.
"Eh? Where?!" she pestered.
"Little two year old girls like you shouldn't be that smart. Come on, hop on daddy's back." I smiled, as she climbed on. I saw the rest of the team up ahead waiting. I jogged over, giving my little girl a ride on my back.
"Annie!" fawned Wendy, as she waved the girl.
"Why do you all have flowers?" she asked.
"It's a secret, come on." said Gray, as we all walked on the path. We saw our little destination ahead, and Annie was curious.
She looked at the big building behind it.
"Fairy Tail!" she exclaimed.
"Yeah, but we're looking at the statue in front." said Erza, as she pointed to it. A golden plate was in front. It read:
R.I.P
Lucy Heartfillia,
age 19.
Died in the year 1977.
A caring friend and wizard, and a loving partner and mother.
Died of pregnancy and sickness, will be loved by many.
I sniffed. Two years since then, huh? I knew this day would be an anniversary. I told her so. I spoke loudly, enough for everyone to hear as they held back tears.
" Happy Birthday Luce."
