Stolen Touch

My skin is like a tragedy
Aching for you to close your eyes
And touch me,
To ease away the pain.

A wake of scars, wounds, and open memories fleeting on the surface of my nerve endings.
Awaiting you, because only your kiss
Can calm these.

And with your magnanimous beauty,
A vision, a spectacle, of perfect clarity,
I can can close my eyes and finally feel
At peace.

My heart is screaming your name,
Bound and burst ready,
Won't you silence it, snatch it away
And say you'll stay, if not only momentarily.

Break me in two, in twain,
Separate the silent one from the raging beast;
Then selfishly keep them both
To yourself.

Heaven scent, to wear me down,
To hypnotize me.
Don't you want to cry when you look at me?
Because I do.

A macabre of nervosity whose
Neurology tells him to scratch
Until it bleeds him dry.

Solace never felt like this,
not like it did with you....
Where are you?
