You spent the week settling into the room. Your learned your roommate is hella nerdy but he chill can be a big dick though.
You went and visited dave to make sure he did not miss you. Ahh he so does adorable little bro.
But today you start class so you had to be ready. Also that rude AF guy from last time the British one maybe you will see him. He is cute and the butt is just right.
“ you diick iit 2 tiime for you to go to 2chool” sol said coming in
“ it is dirk and you are not my mother dude and i was on my way out for your information” you said getting your bag of overpriced books heading to the door. Not to long ago like a day ago you got sol a key and the mother fucker lost it. Fucking cunt that was 5$ gone to waist. That was like 24 roman noodles right there man.
Anyways you were heading to class when you saw the boy again.
“ hey hey it is you so i was wondering if we could start over” you said walking over to him.
“ no now fuck off i'm doing stuff” the British boy said not even giving you the time of day.
“ what did i even do to you” you said kinda salty.
“ nothing “ he said as you notice a smaller boy that looked like a younger version then him but more messy hair . the boy was rolling up a paper putting it in a tube. You figured it was a project or something. Not minding the name
‘’ then why do you hate me’’ you ask. The Britt was about to answer when his cousin leaned in and whispered something in his ear.
‘’...good point.......fine we can start over im jake “ jake said looking at you.
“ good im dirk” you said smiling.
“ give me your phone number” you added
“Thats too far over my line you already go my name “ jake said getting kinda nasty
“ okay okay cool its cool calm down.” you said trying not to break this thin ice you were standing on.
“ well i'm going to head to class” you said
“ good you do that” jake said with a hateful smile. You just backed away smiling before you turned and scurried away. This man had this vibe around him that was heavy and like daggers. You kinda just wanted to fix it. That may be a result of you wanting to help people.
To be honest your brother and you have powers. Mutations in your genes that let you have abilities. You have strength and when you get angry things can be a little shocking, Literally. you have very weak telekinesis. You can only move small objects here and there.
Your brother he can float. He says he can fly i mean its is the same thing i guess. He has gotten better at it so instead of just running you can fly with him there. He can drop you off at the scene then take like 30 min to land. When he gets angry he can be very hot headed literally as well. Dave also has small weak power of mind reading But side note you and dave could get hit by a truck going 100 mph and be fine your bones are stronger than others. So it makes hooking up 10x harder. You have to constantly control your strength so when you get excited or anything you lose control it really take the fun out of hooking up.
You made your way to class not paying attention really anymore to anyone. When you got to class it went by pretty well. Till your other phone rang. Years ago you and dave got 2 phones as one for personal and one for work. Your work phone rang meaning it was time to save people. You simply got up saying sorry leaving class acting like you were taking a call but you dashed back to your door bursting in the door scaring the all mighty ell out of sol. Before you ran to the back and got your bag of clothing. You then run past sol who was trying to reconfigure himself and his things off the floor.
You met dave halfway meeting at your normal location. It was abandoned so you were able to get changed in peace but also you don't wear fucking tights fuck that. Or caps or flashy colors no no you wear cool shit just to hide your face. You both have a D on the back of your outfits so people like to come up with theories why you have it. Even got you guys a name to go along with it.
So when you finish dressing up dave gives you a lift
“ so what's the problem” you asked dave
“ so a private building is under lock-down because they were under attack” he said
“ ahh robbery it is sad how many? “ you asked
“ 2 were reported “ he said
“ are you serious? Only 2? Why are we here then? “ you asked kinda mad now
“ the building is locked down without a lock down system cops can't get in and people can't get out...well not like they are aloud out” he added
“Well whatever i want to make it to lunch on time” you said as dave landed you in the back of the building cops watched.
“ so how is class? “ you said stretching walking up to a wall
“ eh it's okay i was in math when i got the alert “ dave said landing behind you
“ i was in the beginning of engineering so kinda salty i have to come and deal with this shit” you added punching a wall blowing a big hole in it.
“ damn man sorry thought we should help i could of done it alone “ dave added stepping into the new whole
“ naw it's whatever you floating powers can't do much.” you said following
“ um excuse me I fly have fire powers and fast plusss mind reading so hah…...hooooly shit” dave said dropping this conversation
