Chapter 3

Grace's POV

This was my fault that Sofia and her mom are dead, I ran out of Five-O HQ and towards the beach. I sat on a bench and looked out at the water as tears stained my cheek. I wanted so bad to tell Five-O about my father's abuse but I was to scared. I got up to head back when I saw my father standing behind me...

Grace's Father: well, well look who I found. After three weeks of running I finally found you. Come on, we are going home

Grace: "I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOU!"

Grace's Father: I wasn't asking!

Two guys came out of know where and that is when I decided to run. I ran back towards Five-O HQ with three men chasing after me. After running for a minute the palace is in sight and I also saw the whole Five-O team gathered outside the building. I screamed for Steve and they all looked at me and when they saw me being chased they got their guns out. I finally reach them and Steve pushed me behind him. The men stopped where they were and then started running in the opposite direction. Steve shot both of them but my father jumped into a car and it sped away.

Grace's Father POV:

DANG IT! she got away again, my boss is going to shot me when he finds out that I wasn't able to bring her to him but she thinks got away but she wrong, this is just the beginning.

Grace's POV

Steve left me with two of his co workers, Chin and Kono while he and his partner interrogated my father's body guards. I know they are going to find out sooner or later so I decide I am going to tell them...

Grace: Chin ... Kono can I talk to about something?

Chin: of course, what do you want to tell us?

Grace: I have been running away from my father for 3 weeks because he has been abusive ever since my mother died.

Kono: why didn't you report it sooner?

Grace: I was scared, but before I decided to run I over heard him over the phone with someone about me... WAIT WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS BEFORE!!

Grace gets up and runs towards the elevator

Chin: Grace ... wait!
