the warm drink runs down my throat

it tastes similar to Jasmine tea, but has an odd taste to it

ignore it and gulp down the rest of the hot drink letting it settle

a comforting feeling runs through my veins despite the situation

my eyelids begin to droop down, my breaths becoming more slowly paced

i don't even notice i'm falling asleep until my head drops down and i lift it back up quickly

but i'm defeated by the sudden drowsyness

my arms crossing on the table creating a pillow to lay my head on

damn you jinyoung.
