Chapter 8: Complicated Night

Mariana casually just walked out of the room as if nothing happened.

I would have to thank her later.

But then she came back inside and said, “Found you!”

My friend, you got to love her.

Stefan was still on top of me and his cheeks were as pink as ever.

Awe he looked soo cute.

“Um I’m sorry.” He said as he was trying to get off.

I stopped him and touched his red cheek with the hand that I had previously found on his neck.

I was usually the one blushing. It’s good to have a change.

Suddenly, “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” I hear a scream.

What the actual fuck?

I turn my head up to see a little girl screaming her lungs off.

“Get. Off. My. BOYRFRIEND!” Suzy said with a death glare.

If looks could kill, I’d be 10 feet under.

“Suzy, he’s not your boyfriend, plus he’s too old for you any-,” I was cut off by her yanking on my hair.

“Suzy, get off me,” I told her. She just kept pulling and not letting go. Man I seriously don’t want to hurt my 5 year old cousin.

As if on impulse I flipped up from the ground and swung Suzy around, since she was tugging on my hair so tightly she didn’t fall.

What the hell did that come from?

The adrenaline was kicking in and I didn’t seem to stop.

Since I knew I couldn’t hurt her I violently grabbed her off of my hair and onto my parent’s bed. I wasn’t going to do any more but Stefan didn’t think so.

He held me back making sure I wouldn’t hurt her.

“Whoa there ninja, calm down. Remember she’s little and you shouldn’t really hit her.”

If I wasn’t so mad, I probably would have laughed at that.

“I don’t know, I’ve never done a flip like that before. It was weird.” I told him.

He looked at me strangely and opened his mouth to say something, but shut it and looked at Suzy instead.

“I’m going to drop the guys off since they didn’t bring their cars.” He let go of me carefully. “I’m going to ask Mariana if she wants me to drop her off too.” He walked towards the door to leave and then looked back. “And please don’t kill your cousin, I’m not trying to hide a dead body.” He chuckled on his way out.

We had to speak later. I knew he was coming back over to my place considering, he kind of has to.

I heard Stefan yell a “be back soon” and shut the front door of my house.

All I had to worry about was how to tame little miss Suzy.

I walked outside with the guys, oh and Mariana. I offered her a ride home since it was getting dark out. She doesn’t live that far, but I was going to help Lydia’s friend. Mostly because I think she doesn’t like me.
