Emma's P.O.V.

I stare into the mirror and take a deep look at myself. My wavy long blonde hair looks good with my cap and gown. I'm finally graduating. This is a big step in my life. After this, I am an adult. I'm going to NYU to begin my life as an independent woman. My loving boyfriend is coming with me. Speaking of my boyfriend, Louis appears behind me, also wearing his cap in gown. He looks as sexy as ever.

"This is it, Emma. The last time we will be in this crummy old high school. After this, we will enter the real, cruel world."

"I'm ready to take on the world with you. I am just so happy that we are going to the same college." We hug each other and he plants a kiss on my cheek.

"So am I. So what do you say we go with the other students before we miss graduation?"

"Sounds like a good idea." I laugh and we take a seat with the other students. The ceremony begins as our teachers make speeches. The valid Victorian makes a speech as well and we all clap. The diplomas are next and I wait for my name to be called.

"Emma Hail." Our principal says. I walk up and take the diploma in my hands. I am officially a graduate student. Once everyone else is handed their diplomas, we all go back to our seats.

"Say hello to your graduates of 2014!" Everyone throws their caps in the air and stand up. Louis picks me up by the waist and twirls me around. He sets me down and pulls me in for a kiss. I stare into his eyes and smile. Louis smiles back.

"We graduated. We really graduated."

"Yeah, we did. We really did." I say.

Zayn's P.O.V.

Everyone is celebrating after the caps were thrown into the air. I can't help but feel lonely. Emma is picked up by Louis and they spin around. Liam is hugging Cam. Even, Sophie and Niall are embracing each other with kissing. I am by myself. With no one. Not anybody. Perrie and I stopped seeing each other a few weeks ago. My heart drops to think of her. I had deep feelings for her. I thought that I meant something to her, but I guess that I was wrong. Louis and Emma make their way to me and I put on a fake smile.

"Congrats, fellow graduate." Louis says to me with his arm around Emma's waist.

"You too, man. I never thought we would graduate."

"Neither did I." We laugh. I see Cam and Liam join us.

"So, summer and then NYU. I'm so happy that we all are going to the same school together!" Cam claps her hands together and leans into Liam.

"Same here." Everyone says in unison. We all laugh.

"Hey, what do you guys say we go out to dinner tonight? You know, celebrate?" Liam suggests. We all agree.

"How about Berry's?" Emma suggests.

"Sounds like a plan." I say. We all say our goodbyes and go our separate ways. Why am I all alone? I find myself asking this question a lot. I guess I haven't just met the right girl yet. When I do though, I will treat her like a princess. I will. I just wish that I would meet her.
