Louis's P.O.V.
I couldn't have been happier these past few days. I have the love of my life back. I actually have Emma, again, and I couldn't be more thankful. Without her, I just couldn't live. I was drinking away my problems and I know that isn't a good way to handle them.
Emma sits back down across from me with both of our coffees. I thank her and take a sip. I recline in the booth as much as I can. I just feel so crammed in here, but I don't care. At least Emma's here with me.
"Did you hear about Rachel's dad?" Emma asks, awakening me from my thoughts.
"No, why?"
"He has Alzheimer's disease. I feel so bad. That's why Zayn hasn't been around lately. He's been with her driving back and forth."
"That's terrible. I hope she will be okay. That's a hard thing to go through." I do feel pity for Rachel. She already lost her mom two years ago to cancer and now her father is sick.
"Well, there really is nothing they can do. So, what do you want to do today?" She smiles.
"I don't know. Anything as long as I'm with you." I smile back and she blushes. I grab her hand in mine across the table. The door to the café opens and rings the bell that hangs just above the door. The man looks familiar that walks in and waves to Emma. She waves back as the man makes his way over to our table.
"Hello, Mr.Blue. Nice seeing you here." Emma says with a smile.
"Nice seeing you, too, Emma." Mr.Blue grins and then notices me. "Oh, and you, too, Logan."
"It's Louis." I don't know what it is but this guy rubs me the wrong way. I don't know if it's the smirk that is always on his face or the way that he is flirting with Emma right in front of me.
"Sorry. So, Emma, I'll see you in class." He says and leaves. Thank God. Emma gives me a confused look and stifles a laugh.
"What's that look for, Lou?"
"He was totally checking you out. He's a teacher and that's messed up." I fold my arms.
"He was not. There's no reason to pout. Jealous much?" She asks with a smirk.
"Jealous? No. Why would I be jealous of a teacher with absolutely no social life and has to resort to talking to his students?" I pout and take a sip of my coffee.
"You so are! Look how mad you're getting." She laughs.
"There is no reason to be. You know that I like you and not him."
"I know, I know. I think that he's just going to try to pull something with you."
"He won't, he's a good man, Louis." That's what she thinks. Anyone can do something that you don't expect and believe me, I know.
