3rd Person's POV
As they stood and stared at the city Mae bit her bottom lip gently as she glanced at Fang. He noticed this and lent down to her her height, somehow he managed to do that, (Mae is 5'0 and Fang is 6'8) and stared into her green eyes.
"Hey, is everything okay? You seem a bit off today."
He said softly so that Lillith and Crystal wouldn't hear.
"Oh..um, y-yeah. I just don't do well in big 'crowds' is all."
She said lying.
"Huh-uh."
He said unsure if he wanted to just let it slide or if he should be concerned. He shrugged it off but was going to keep a close eye on her.
"Well let's go you two!"
Lillith practically yelled. Crystal smiled.
"Y-yeah. Let's go."
She said softly making Lillith hug her tightly.
"I'm surprised Crystal's still standing."
Mae whispered to Fang making him laugh. Lillith turned around marching over to Fang stared him down. (Lillith's 6'1)
"What's so humorous Fang."
She said, her words practically dripping with poison.
"Mae just told me a joke is all."
He said 'innocently' putting his hands up in defense. Mae chuckled, making everyone looked immediately at her in shook. She held her hands to her mouth to try to hold in her laughter but failed.
"S-she's...laughing?"
They all said in usion, to shooked to move. Lillith, finally, squealed loudly and ran over to Mae, wrapping her arms around her tightly. Crystal and Fang sooned joined in after.
"YOU LAUGHED!!!!"
Lillith yelled making Mae a little annoyed.
"You'll find I can."
Mae said breathlessly. They all let go and ruffled her hair.
"W-we should probably get going."
Crystal said softly. They all nod and set off into the city.
