To Jasmine:
Darling, today has been a difficult one for me. I woke up to find Adam crying and spitting up all over me. How could he have gotten out of that crib? No matter, I'll have Mr. Clark fetch a new one later today.
Anyways, then I saw that I ran out of my favorite butter cream and shampoo. Don't worry, I wrote a list of iteams I need you to pick up. After that, all the pre-made yogurt parfaits had been eaten. (I don't know if it was you or the children, but that can not happen again).
My phone crashed on me during a call with Mr. Clark and I must say, I am very dissapointed with that company. Their phones give me such a headache. Speaking of headaches, apparently there is some constuction going on by the building and it gave me a serious migraine.
So I must inform you that I have decided to visit a massage therapist and I will be away for a few days. Mr. Clark is on a buisness meeting in Tokyo, so he will not disturb your time with the kids.
While I am gone make sure: Adam learns the French alphabet, Violet goes to violin practice, Grayson does his homework, and Leah goes to ballet.
From Mrs Clark
Jasmine reads the letter left on the counter. "Sometimes I hate my life," she says to herself. All day everyday, whenever she talks to the uptight lady its always, "Yes, Mrs Clark. Of course, Mrs Clark. I understand completely Mrs Clark."
She turns to the mirror on her left. With her dark hair pulled into a messy bun, her loose pants and the green plain shirt, she appears tired. Jasmine is lucky enough to have ten hours of sleep with a 9 month year old in the house. Usually you would consider her a mother, but it isn't even her child.
Jasmine is a nanny for Upper East Side parents, Mr and Mrs Clark. The rich and luxurious spouses hired Jasmine about a year ago, when she was searching for a job. She ran into Mrs Clark at a spa where Mrs Clark wanted help with her youngest, Adam. Jasmine offered to help because she had looked after kids in her neighbourhood growing up. She thought it would last around ten minutes, but it turned into a job opportunity. Mrs Clark left Adam with no hesitation. She literaly dropped the baby in her hands and went into the back to get her facial. After that, Mrs Clark proposed Jasmine an offer she couldn't refuse.
Now, present day, Jasmine works 24/7 for the Clark's. She even has her own room in the back of the penthouse.
"Jasmine! I need help with something!" Violet screams from her room.
Jasmine rolls her eyes. "When do I get one day to myself?"
