Dreams don't always come true.

'Brown wavy hair.

Light blue eyes.

Light pink lips.

Perfect skin.

Gray and black clothes.

Shiny metal cross, that looks a bit blue hangs on a chain that dangles from her neck.

Bit of natural tan and beauty, but doesn't catch a glimpse from anyone.

Sits on the balcony watching the blue waves crash on the sand...'

"This is some good lyrics, Sam" Heather says while reading one of many songs I've wrote

"You say that every time" I say snatching my book back

"And every time it's true" she says

"But I really think you should write more happy songs and maybe sing some for me" she adds

"Um no thanks I'm fine keeping my voice to myself" I say

"Oh come on I've only hear you once in my whole life growing up with you! the only person that's heard you sing and still does is you dad!" she says shaking my arm

"No, and I only sing in front of him cause I'm his daughter and he just says I'm 'really good' when I'm really not." I say and stand up from my bed

I walk to the glass door to the balcony outside my room ad slide the door open letting a little breeze come in and blow all the stress away

I walk out and sit in hammock and look at the blue waves crash on the sand and listen to the little kids small screams and shout a of joy as they run around splashing water and jumping waves

"I love this view" I say to Heather as she sits on the hammock with me

"Yeah your lucky you get to see it every day" she says then puts her long blonde hair up in a pony tail

"Can I braid your hair?" she asks

"You always do " I say

She moves behind me on the hammock ad crosses her legs

Then takes down my messy bun and combs my hair with her fingers as it blows in the light spring breeze

"I can't wait for summer so everyday can be like this" I say

"We already spend everyday like this" Heather says beginning to braid my brown wavy hair that she says always reminds her of some model named Elounor or something

"Yes we do but only after hell that parents call school" I say making Heather snicker and laugh

"That is true" she says

"I just wish I was already out of high school so I can live my own life or our life just you and me spending everyday at the beach in the sun" I say

"Yeah with your loose gray shirt and shorts that you wear almost everyday" she says

"Hey I have my clothes you have yours"

I say

"The only thing I like about your clothes is that it reminds me of-"

"No stop right there I know who it is and I don't want to hear you go in about that stupid boy band" I say

"Oh you mean Harry Styles" she says and I could sense she was smiling already

"Ugh, are you almost done?" I ask changing the subject

"Done!" she says

"Thanks" I say and hop of the hammock
