Chapter 12

Rydel POV

Its been almost a year. Ratliff and I have been getting closer and closer. We always go out for dinner together and have movie dates. Sometimes he buys me gifts and my heart just melts everytime.

I just wrapped shooting for a music video by Ryan Al(A/N random name) and was going to go home.

*"I wake up and my hair's a mess. And i'm too lazy to get to get dress"* my phone rang.

It was Ratliff.

Ell: hey cutie!

Ry: Hey hotie!

Ell: haha.. So you done shooting the music video?

Ry: yep! I'm heading home right now.

Ell: ok,i'll see you there. I have a surprise for you

Ry: okie doks! See ya!

Ell: love u

Ry: love u

When i reached my house. I walked up the doorstep and saw a little stickynote on the door. It had an arrow pointing upward so i went in. Near the stairs,there was another note that pointed up. I went up the stairs and saw an arrow pointing right into my room. On my dressing table there was a rose and a note that wrote "i love you forever and always. You know that." I walked around the house and saw there was no more arrows. But when i passed by the kitchen,on the table there was another note that said "where our'll love will be eternal. If you wish". Then i finally understood. He must be at the backyard coz i once told him that if we were to ever get married,i wanted it to be held there!

I walked to the back door which will lead to the backyard. I opened and...

"SURPRISE!" Mum,dad,riker,rocky,ross,ryland,lena,katelyn,maddie,nicole were all here! There was a banner that wrote WILL YOU MARRY ME? Omg.. And there Ratliff was. He walked towards me,went on one knee and said

"Rydel Mary Lynch,i love you so very much. And i think its finally time that we make our love for each other eternal. Will you make me the happiest man alive and become Rydel Mary Ratliff. Rydel,will you marry me?" He held out a small black and white box and revealed a big diamond ring. Oh my goodness... I covered my mouth and tears were streaming down my cheeks. I don't know what to say...

I pulled him up and hugged him. I gave him a short passionate kiss and said "oh yes yes yes yes! I would love to be Rydel Mary Ratliff!" Ratliff couldn't look happier. He slid the ring on my finger. He picked me up and kissed me. Everyone applauded. I'm the happiest woman ever!
