Chapter 3 - The Silence Before The Storm

9:30PM, Harbour.

"All right, is everything prepared?" Kenji then said on the phone.

"Yes sir, everything is safe and the ship will be arriving in half an hour. For now we have spotted none of the people from the Russian mob." A man in black reports.

"Alright, keep a look out for anything. Also, be careful, not just the Russian mob but the police too. They seemed to had take notice of the deal tonight." Kenji said.

"Yes sir. We'll do a final checking with the time and Ray's gang, we'll put more men on the patrol too." The man in black said.

"Ok. I'll be staying watch in the tower. If anything report immediately to me." Kenji then puts his phone aside and takes a binocular to check on the perimeter.

 Suddenly Kenji's phone rings.

It was an unknown number.

"Hello?" Kenji answers carefully.

"Well, hello there. Dont you look rather beautiful tonight?" the person on the other side says.

"I'm sorry you got the wrong number." Kenji answers coldly. 

"C'mon now, Kenji Hikaru. You do look beautiful, especially under the moonlight." The voice says again.

Kenji looks around to see whether is anyone around.

"You know, you should always be careful, especially when you are unguarded.... Just like now." Suddenly a gun was pointed towards Kenji's head.

Kenji puts down his phone and looks beside.

"Hey there, Kenji Hikaru. I'm sure you know who I am." It was a tall man with a scar on his face. He has white greyish hair and looks more elder than Kenji.

"Well sorry, who are you?" Kenji then says.

"W-what the!? You dont know who I am? Havent you heard of Avgust the assassin?" The man was impatient.

"Oh? Avgust... let me think. Well no, not really. But I'll jot it down in my handbook though. But for now, I'm a bit of in a hurry now." Kenji then turns around and kicks away Avgust's gun.

"You!!!" Avgust quickly tries to catch Kenji with his hand but Kenji was faster.

"Hey let me tell you one thing though, I admire your effort coming face to face with me, but I suggest you be much more patient next time. Dont underestimate your oponent." Kenji jumps off the edge of the tower. 

"What the!?" Avgust runs to the side and watches Kenji fall.

Kenji then pulls out a hook with a chain and throws it at the steel bars.

Kenji then quickly grabs on the line that is hooked on the hook and he swings off to the side of the steel bars.

"Do svidaniya Avugust!!"  Kenji then slides into one of the windows and then runs off.

"Damn!!" Avgust quickly follows behind to catch up with him.

Kenji quickly calls for backup.

"Hirota!! Tell everyone to change dock and tell Ray that the Russian mob is here. Tell him I'll take care of everything." Kenji then quickly runs down the stairs.

"YES BOSS!!" Kenji's subordinate replies.

Kenji dashes out from the tower and runs towards a ladder near a container.

He quickly climbs up and jumps onto the other container. Kenji was trained professionally, as well as Kenichi. Both of them were trained to help out with the Greco family during their visits to Japan. But in the end, since Enzo decided to come to live in Japan they were hired as his personal helpers.
