A lot of lights was flashing and a crowd was roaring very loudly behind the background.

But he can only hear his own heavy breathing. His vision was slightly blurred by his own sweat. Someone was shouting behind him.

"Fight! Fight! Fight!"

"Huff... Huff..." He was breathing heavily. He glares at the person in front of him.

The person on the opposite side was just smirking. And in just an instance, that tall and bulky person just run towards slamming his rock hard fist against this person.

He resisted trying to dodge and fight back. But he couldnt see well. Everything around him was ringing and moving in slow motion.

He tried to kept his focus.

That person jumped at him and attack again. He couldnt dodge it in time. That tall and bulky person got hold of his arm.

He tried to pulled back. But instead he twisted his arm. The sharp pain instantly made him roar out. He kicked back his opponent and pulled his hand back.

Seemingly, his hand now was no use in his fight. But he can still fight back. He cant let this cheater in front of him win. But to no avail, the man grasp hold of him again and attacked the same spot again.

"ARGH!!" Kang Dae shouted in pain. He suddenly jolted up from the bed with a heavy breathing.

"Shit!" Kang Dae curses.

It has been a long time since he last dreamt of this dream. It was his last fight before he retired from the limelight.

He will forever remember it. He was the rising star in the scene. MMA was his life. But he was betrayed by his own coach. And that has lead to his injuries in his last fight.

He heaved out a heavy sigh. He strokes his hair back and looks at the mirror at the side. He saw the scar left on him. Even though he has recovered but a scar was forever left on his arm.

Kang Dae's body was very well built and due to his training, he has well toned muscles all over his body and everything was so nicely sculpted. Plus with his tall figure, his muscled body suited him well. Only for the exception of that scar.

There was a knock on his door.

"Come in." He replied.

The door knob clacked open and You walked in.

"Dr. You." Kang Dae called out. You closed the door and walked over to Kang Dae.

"I heard a scream just now. Bad dreams again?" You asked.

Kang Dae sighs again. "It's  been awhile since I had that dream. It was just like it happened yesterday." Kang Dae says while still looking a bit out of it.

You walked over and patted his back. "That's all in the past. I've been with you all the while you recover. Your body is perfectly fine. What bothers you is your mentality and your fear of that past of yours."

"I know Dr. You. Somehow I'm nervous." Kang Dae says. His hair flops down and block partially of his face. Even so, You can see through his eyes, the fear in his eyes. He has to admit, Kang Dae was strong enough to recover, but he just couldnt get pass his past.

"I saw you were very fired up yesterday when you said you wanted to join Enzo." You sat down beside him.

"Yeah but, when the dream came back, suddenly I'm not that sure." Kang Dae says that while clenching his fist tightly. He also understood the only thing that is keeping him back is his past. He can let it go, but it somehow became his scar and his fear.
