Chapter 3: Escaping with my new friends

Ruby's point of view:

The man asks in a deep rough voice "Where did all of their cuts go?" As he asks this he is pointing to Sapphire and Emerald. I don't say anything. He grabs Sapphire and Emerald and throws them over his shoulders and went back towards the way we came. He comes back and grabs Ash and then puts him in the room we came from. Finally he grabs me by the hair and puts me back in the chair and ties me up except instead of ropes like last time he used chains. He then puts the same head piece he put on Ash on me and puts duct tape over my mouth. He looks into a mirror to the left that I was just now noticing and gave a thumbs up. He shocks me harder than Ash and for much longer. Finally everything goes black.

Ash's point of view:

The man who Sapphire, Emerald and I knew as Draven came back and threw Ruby in the cell with us. She is unconscious and I grab her hand. She is sort of pretty while she is sleeping. I look away and let go of her hand knowing if she woke up to me staring at her and holding her hand it would be weird.

Ruby's point of view:

I wake up and see the other three sitting nearby. I sat up and say "We have to escape." None of them were looking my way so I startled them. "Sorry I didn't mean to startle you, but I have a plan to escape. I thought of it before blacking out and I think it will work." I say. They all look skeptical at first, but they all start to nod their head and Ash asks "So what's the plan?" I smile and say "Alright Sapphire you hide behind the door when its time, Emerald you will hide somewhere else where they won't see you. Ash and I will stay in the open and I will pretend to be dead. Ash you will scream and they'll come running in that's when Sapphire will hit them from behind." They nod and I know it's going to work.

The man comes in and shouts "Bed time!" He grabs Sapphire and Emerald and ties them to one of the beds in the cell. Then he does the same with Ash. He comes up to me and goes to grab me when I duck out of his grasp and put a force field up. Unfortunately, because of how weak I was he punches my forcefield out and hits me hard enough I black out. I wake up tied to a bed the next day. The man comes back in and unties all of us.

The man grabs Sapphire and drags her off into the next room. There he cuts her again and then comes back with her. He grabs Emerald and once he is gone I heal Sapphire's wounds. Finally He brings Emerald back and turns around for a quick second and when he does I heal Emerald's wounds. He turns around and is shocked to see Emerald and Sapphire fine. He looks me straight in the eyes and asks "Where did their wounds go?" Again I don't answer him. He grabs me by my hair and throws me in the next room. He beats me up before he puts me in the chair and shocks me again like last time. I pretend to be passed out and he throws me in the cell again and leaves. I say to the others "It's time for the plan." They all got into their positions and once we are all set Ash screams "Come back here and tell me what you did to Ruby!". The man comes in and sees me "dead" in the center of the room. He walks into the cell and comes towards us when Sapphire hit him hard and knocks him out.

Emerald hides him and goes back into her position and after a couple of minutes the Cyber man comes in and asks "What happened?" Ash looks at him and says "You killed her that's what happened!" The Cyber man walks into the cell and Sapphire hits him from behind, but this doesn't knock him out. He faces Sapphire and that's when I stand up and use my lava powers and melt him. I look at the others and say "let's go guys." We leave and I see the doctor.

The Doctor's point of view:

I am with Martha when I see three girls and a guy running out of the Cyber man's base. One of the girls caught my eyes because she looks just like Erica except she has red hair. One girl has blue hair, the other girl has green hair and the guy has black hair. I see the girl that looks like Erica look my way and then she looks away, but I know by her eyes that it is Erica. I think maybe she is wearing a wig, but then I wonder why she doesn't come towards me and that's when I see a man behind them chasing them. Martha finds a brick and hands it to me and I hit the man in the head and knock him out.

I look at Erica and ask "is the red hair a wig or was your brown hair a wig?" She looks down in guilt and says "this is my normal hair the brown hair was a wig. Sorry I didn't tell you sooner I was afraid." I look at her and then realize she could be lying about other things. I look at her, cross my arms and ask "are you lying about anything else?" She looks down and says "Erica isn't my real name, it's Ruby." My hands fall to my side and I look down. My daughter from Gallifrey had red hair like this and her name was Ruby too. The only difference was that my Ruby had heterochromia, one blue and one red eye. I was on the verge of tears before Erica, I mean Ruby snaps me out of it by asking "are you okay?" I smile and say "Yeah I'm fine. Let's get back to the safety of the T.A.R.D.I.S." The girl with blue hair says "I hear another metal man coming this way we should go." I hear it too and nod my head.

We got back to the T.A.R.D.I.S and all of us got in. I grab Ruby's wrist and state "next time just tell me the truth." She just nods her head and looks down. I let go of her wrist and Martha asks "who are you three?" Ruby shot her head up and says "The girl with blue hair is Sapphire, Emerald is the one with green hair and the guy is Ash." I show Ruby which way to go to their rooms and she leads them to their rooms. I drop Martha back home and she says "keep an eye on them Doctor. I think they went through something terrible." I nod my head and close the door. I set a course for a different part of London and when we land I hear screams.
