Chapter seven

"Why do you care if she sleeps here?! It's not like you are my girlfriend!" He exclaimed
I was in verge of ripping Sonia's hair, slapping Fahad and crying but I bit back them all and acted like I wasn't affected by his statement. I was even having second thoughts about him even wanting me anymore. Is he going to get jealous?!
"I'm sorry! I don't like it when a girl and a boy are sleeping on the same BED! Doing god knows what! And anyways I'm helping both of you, just imagine when her mum comes in looking for Sonia and sees her sleeping in the same bed as you! She will go mental!" I exclaimed to both of them. After saying that, both of them were fully awake. Sonia jumped right up from the bed and went straight for the door but the bitch couldn't 'resist' to say bye to Fahad
"Bye Fahad! See you tomorrow" she said waving to him
"Bye" he mumbled back to her in a very sleepy tone.
After she went, there was silence and I thought Fahad went to sleep so I went to my mattress
"I'm sorry" I heard Fahad say
"Don't" I said back with bitterness
"Look I know I shouldn't have said that but I was annoyed ok, first you breakup with me and then you for some reason get jealous when a girl sleeps with me" he said with a rational point. I can't let him know that I still like him. Now he was sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for my response.
"As I said before, I was saying that because I was helping you and I didn't break up with you because I wanted to Fahad, it was because I saw you kissing her. I hope you know now that she likes you even though she is your cousin" I responded and I heard him sigh but it was a sad sigh
"Why did you take long with Zayn? What were you guys doing anyways?" He asked. I knew he was hiding his jealousy by saying it casually
"Don't change the subject Fahad" I warned him
"I'm not! I'm just curious" he bit back
"We were just getting to know each other" I finally replied
"At this time?"
"Well you and Sonia were talking at this time, I didn't say anything" I defended myself
"Do you um.. Like him?" He asked and I could clearly hear the jealousy in his voice. What should I say?
"Yeah, he's alright" I said even though it hurt me to say that. He gave a sad sigh again and got under his blanket
"Night" he mumbled and was asleep straight away.
I couldn't sleep straight away though. I couldn't help thinking about what's going to happen tomorrow. Will I be able to do what Zayn said?

Next morning*

I woke up with no one in the room. I think Fahad went to get breakfast so I quickly went to the toilet to have a shower. After I returned I got changed into a black top that said 'act like a lady talk like a boss' and on top of that because it was chilly, I put on a pink 'meow' oversized slouchy sweater; underneath I put on pink chinos; I wore wedge grey buckle trainers. My makeup consisted of nude lipstick; dark eyeliner around my eye; no eyeshadow and I braided my hair messily and put a beanie on. To represent my situation, I put on a broken heart ring on and without thinking I put on Fahad's 'beautiful' necklace. I hope he doesn't realise. I rushed downstairs and went to the dining room where everyone was. Wow I'm late. I went up to my mum and hugged her and kissed her cheek while saying good morning which she greeted back. I still had to respect my parents. I saw everyone watching us and Sonia's mum whispering something in Ifza's ears.
I saw an empty space next Zayn and sat down on it
"Good morning princess" he greeted in a flirty way. Typical but I didn't judge him. I saw from the corner of my eyes that Fahad was watching us so I put on a cheery smile
"Good morning!" I greeted back
He came up close to me and whispered
"Are you ready?"
"Yes" I whispered back

After having breakfast, everyone was still sitting on the table, talking and Asid uncle and Hera auntie started asking me questions
"So you are Zara, nice to meet you" Asid uncle greeted
"You too sir"
"So how is school?"
"It's good, we have GCSEs coming up but I'm all prepared"
"That's good"
Before he could ask more questions, Zayn cut us.
"Is it ok dad if me and Zara go out today?" He questioned
"It's fine by me-"
"I want to go too if you don't mind" barged Fahad but obviously his 'bitch sidekick' had to tag along
"Me too it will be fun!" She exclaimed excitedly
"Ok you four can go but don't stay out for long" Abid uncle instructed.

I went and got my bag from Fahad's bedroom and went outside to meet up with them all. When I was outside, Zayn and Fahad were having a glare completion but Fahad broke it first by looking at me and smiled at me
"What?" I asked genuinely confused and he just shook his head.
What made me smile was that Zayn had a BMW as well but in black. Even though they think they 'hate' each other they still will be the same.
"Which one are we going to go on?" I asked pointing to the two BMW's.
"I think we should go separately, me and Zara should go on mine and Fahad and Sonia should go on Fahad's" Zayn explained. Fahad gave him the glare but after the hesitation he sighed
"Where are we going" he questioned
"The harbour restaurant" Zayn replied

We arrived in the restaurant in 10mins because it wasn't far from the beach house. Me and Zayn were discussing about how we are going to make Fahad jealous and trust me Zayn came up with lots of ideas. I noticed that Fahad had already arrived and was waiting impatiently with Sonia who was nagging him.
Zayn parked the car and after getting out, I made way to Fahad and Sonia.
"You took long" Fahad commented
"Oh we were stuck in traffic" I half lied. We did get stuck in traffic but mostly it was because me and Zayn were discussing
"Yeah sure" he mumbled and I think he didn't mean to say it loud but he certainly did!

We entered the restaurant and a waitress came to us
"Welcome to harbour, would you four want to sit on a table as couples or just a normal table" the waitress asked
"I think we will have the couples table" Zayn answered and winked at me and I smiled back. I hope it's working.

Once we ordered our food and were waiting for it, Fahad was talking to Sonia and he completely ignored us so I got jealous and did something so cliché
"Hahaha! Zayn that joke was classic!" I faked laughed and for a second Zayn looked confused but then he went with it
"I know right!" He replied laughing. Wow he's good! But not as good. Fahad only looked at us for a bit then Sonia took his attention away. Fahad was now drinking the water so I thought of something that I know I will regret.
"Um.. Me and Zayn have decided to try out" I blurted quickly and just then Fahad choked on his water and started coughing. If this wasn't a serious thing then I would've started laughing but no.

I glanced at Zayn as his eyes were going to pop out but when Fahad finished coughing, he quickly recomposed himself
"Seriously are you?" Fahad asked with so much hurt, it broke my heart
"Uh... Yeah we are" Zayn hesitated "Zara I want to show you something, can you please come with me" he commanded and I obliged

Once we were out of their sight, Zayn started barking
"Are you crazy?!!" He exclaimed
"I'm sorry, I had no other choice, he wouldn't even look at us so I had to do something and anyways he got jealous didn't he" I explained
"You want to make him jealous not give him a freakin heart attack!" He attacked back "he already hates me! You don't want him to kill me!"
"Now?" I asked pathetically
"There nothing to it, we have to fake date and pray for the best"
Will this workout?.. What did I do?!...
