*Veronica's Pov*

I was laying in bed now after I was chastised by my family to spill the details about this new guy.

I said nothing to them, they would just make a big deal about my driving and making the media catch me like that and bla bla bla.

Sometimes I hate people always trying to get into my life i prefer my privacy but when your me there is none at all.

"Vi Vi!" i heard Beverly say from behind my closed bedroom door.

"Go away! Im not telling you anything!" I screamed at the door.

"Oh whatever I wil find out sooner or later. If your done being a little secretive rat your phone is here buzzing off the hook, I swear its your boy toy." I heard her say.

It couldn't be James.

Could it be him? I doubt he would text his future bosses phone like how my sister described.

I got off the bed and opened the door to my sisters stupid smirk clearly thinking she could get some answers out of me now.

I reached out my hand to collect my phone and as i knew she would she dragged her hand away.

"No..No. Spit the deets Vi,or you will not be getting this phone to talk to this boy toy of yours."

"Would you guys stop saying that,boy toy,boy toy,boy toy thats all I keep hearing!" I exclaimed.

It was now starting to get really annoying the Tv people and now my hole family.

"Vi. I just wanna know whats up with my sister, Its been a while since we've seen you with a guy since.."

"Dont even speak his name." I interrupted her she knew how i felt about it yet she always brought it up.

"Im sorry okay. I just wanna be back in your love life like old time days, just give me a lil deets about him. PLease!" She said. I soon contemplated on if to tell her anything.

"oh okay. I met him today and he may possibly be working for me okay. We are not together or anything though I almost killed him and then I offered him a job. Yeah,thats it thanks though." I said as i grabbed my phone and locked the door. I heard her shuffle with the locks.

"So not fare Veronica!" I heard her shout. I just threw myself on the bed and began opening my phone to check those messages. What i saw in my messenger had me shaking.

Charles Mark: Hello baby. Its really sad you left me so soon today :'(...

How about a date just me and you!

I just miss you soo much my darling.

This stupid man is trying to find himself back into my life once again. After what he did to me he still thinks he could come back and things will be okay. I knew exactly what I was gonna tell this piece of shit and it wasn't preety.

Me: Dont call me your f**king baby cause I dont f**k with you period! Your a low life piece of shit that never deserved me in the first place!!!! I will never date you because you are nothing anyone should ever date and who would miss you after you break them apart!! Keep your ass away from me!!!!

After typing the message i was emotional when it came to him I always loose it he was suppose to be my forever. I was so torn up I fell into a deep dream about brown eyes and pink lips.

'Ring Ring Ring' I was awaken by my phone ringing. It was a strange number I assumed it was James so I cleared my throat and answered.

"Hello." I assured so lamely.

"Ms. Denzel, It is James Smith and I regret to inform you that i will not be taking the job due to a new offer that I cannot refuse." he said. I was astonished, I couldn't let this happen i owe him for yesterday. Yeah thats right I owe him his eyes has nothing to do with this

"How much are they offering I will triple. I owe you for yesterday" I said to him.

"Ms. Denzel thats not ness.." I cut him off i wasn't about to listen to that.

" I will take no excuses, my office at 10:00 exactly. I will send you the details."

With that I ended the phone and checked the time it was 8:45, I knew it couldn't be more than 9:00. I left the bed and began to get ready I knew i had to dress to impress James.
