The Queens Of Dragons

{~ Chapter 7 ~}

They stepped out. I wanted to scream. I wanted to run. I didn't know I was crying till Aradace talked to me.

ARABELL! ARE YOU OKAY???

Ye- wait why? And stop screaming!

You're crying.

Oh.

I mentally sighed. I hate them. "Arabell.." one said but I quickly shut them up.

"Don't you 'Arabell' me! What you guys did is unacceptable!" I said, but the ground started to shake. Everyone almost fell.

The ground shook for 2 minutes. "Is everyone okay?" I asked after the ground got stable. I watched as everyone nodded.

"Arabell, please come back." Another said.

I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANY MORE! I screamed in my head then ran. I ran, no sprinted, away. Not looking back. Leaving Aradace there with everyone.

I started to whisper, "Im sorry," while running and crying.

I was like that for what seemed like hours but slowly came to a stop. I found myself in the open. I landed on my knees and cried. Then the ground started to shake again, but this time was longer.

I stopped crying when I heard laughing. A laughter of a child. I looked above me and saw a younger version of myself. She held out her hand, I took it. She kept on giggling or laughing. She made me follow her. I felt like I was under her command. We kept on walking till we went very deep into the woods. I couldn't run. Like I said, I felt like I was under her command.

After a while of just walking, we stopped. I then heard whispers. My younger self disappeared and my vision went black.

I woke up, strapped to a chair. My heart ached. My heart felt funny and ached so badly. I then noticed the room was pitched black except for a candle that was in a corner. I looked around in high-alert but found nothing. I suddenly felt empty. Empty and lost. I kept on looking around for something but I didn't know what it was...

Aradace's Pov
I watched as Arabell left us. She sprinted away. My owner left me. I automatically started to feel empty and lost. My heart throbbed. I looked around and saw the humans. They were all shocked.

I roared out but nothing. The humans stared at me. Then tended to each other. I could hear faint laughter (Btw Aradace has a great sense of hearing) but I didn't know who and where it was. After a bit, the humans started to get along. I didn't know what happened next but I just blacked out.

I awoke with the humans shaking me and saying my name. My heart ached really badly. I looked around for Arabell, I knew she felt lost cause I felt lost.

Arabell + Aradace's Pov (Feelings/3rd Person Pov)

Arabell and Aradace both felt empty, alone, scared. They were confused. They knew both of them would get out alive, but Aradace knew people were after Arabell and her when Arabell never responded with her mind message.

Aradace got up and showed the humans where Arabell might be, but Arabell couldn't help.
