~Roman's POV~

"Can I try?"

I watch as Logan and Patton share nervous looks. They look at me, then to Anxiety, and back at each other.

"Are you sure kiddo? I mean, we've had the best try and no change. I don't want you to be disappointed if you can't help him..." Patton says. I nod determinedly.

"I'm sure. I don't know what it is, but there's something in my gut telling me that I can make a difference here! I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't at least try." I state.

They look at each other again. I watch their silent conversation before they seem to come to an agreement.

"Alright," Logan says, "We'll let you give it a shot. I'll make a file of all the information we have on him and give it to you to look over. Starting on Sunday, you will come in every day from 3 pm to 5 pm. You get two hours a day with him for 6 weeks, if there's no positive change in behavior after then we cut you off. If you do, however, make an impact, you can continue to work with him until he's deemed well enough to re-enter society. Deal?"

"Deal!" I exclaim happily. Logan walks over to the front desk and types some things into the computer. After a few minutes, it starts printing stuff.

"I should have the file prepared for you in five to ten minutes, you can do whatever you want until it's finished." Logan tells me. I nod a thank you and head back down the hall. I stop in front of the chamber where they're keeping Anxiety. I use this time to take a good look at his features.

He has messy brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, and very very pale skin. He looks about two years younger than myself, which would make him eighteen. He has dark rings under his eyes and is thinner than he should be. Also, he's wearing black skinny jeans, black shoes, and a black jacket which he currently has zipped up.

"Hey... Patton?" I call.

"Yeah?" he asks as he walks over to me.

"Why does he look so thin?" I question.

"Oh... Well he's been refusing to eat most of the time and whenever we try to force feed him he starts panicking, usually to the point that he passes out. We can't force feed him while he's asleep because he could choke, so he really hasn't eaten much since he got here..." Patton answers me. Before I can respond, Logan's voice rings down the hall.

"Roman, I've got the file for you!" he informs me. I collect the file and thank him, then I head out to my car.

I'm gonna help you Anxiety... Just you wait.
