Veronica was driving me to my house and there was an awkward silence.
"Zoë , you know you can come and stay with me -I don't mind and I think Venessa would love seeing you again"I said stopping at the traffic light because it was red.
"Veronica , it's okay .Im going to be fine , If I feel uncomfortable I'll call Sebastian"I said playing with my fingers nervously.
"And how do you think he will react? Because i don't know if you noticed but Sebastian is overprotective and gets possessive at times.And most of all , he hates it when people mess with people he loves"she said.
I huffed and laid my head on the head rest.I combed through my hair with my fingers.
"Why does everything have to be so complicated ?"I asked.
I just felt like ripping my hair out and screaming.
"I wish I knew.If you feel anything weird or feel like you being watched you know who to call"she said as she continued driving.
Monica POV
I got home and sat by the couch where Lucas was.
"Hey bae"I said as I kicked off my heels and sat more comfortably.
"Hey babygirl"he said as he gave me a kiss.
I didn't really kiss back because I was too stressed about Zoë's situation.
"You wanna watch a movie ?"he asked grabbing the remote.
I nodded and he played 'What happens in Vegas'I wasn't really watching the movie or eating the popcorn , just zoning out.
He paused the movie and turned to me.He took my hands and sat them on his lap.
"What's wrong ?"he asked in a serious tone.
"What do you mean?"I asked puzzled by his question.
"What is on your mind ?"he continued.
"How do you know something is on my mind? " I asked placing my hands in my lap.
"Monica , I've known you for over seven years I think I know you pretty well"he said chuckling while folding his arms causing his arm muscles to flex little.
"Okay , I'm worried about Zoë.She is basically being stalked by a creep person and she almost got kidnapped when we went to the grocery store today"I said trying my best not to get emotional.
"Babe , don't worry .I bet Sebastian got this all under control"he said.
I just ignored him and thought of all the things that could go wrong.
I felt a pair of lips on my neck.He started giving me hickies.
"No , stop " I said shifting away from him.
He scooted closer to me and continued.
"I'm not in the mood right now .Im going to sleep , goodnight"I said walking upstairs.
"But it's only 6 pm"he shouted loud enough for me to hear.
I just shook my head and went to sleep.
