Chapter 17

I went to the closet and picked out my outfit. It was sweet and simple. A dress with boots.

And then I headed to the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I put the wig on and did heavy makeup.

Once I was done I came out to see Ash in black jeans and a dark blue button up shirt, his hair was messy.

I looked at him, and I saw him looking at me.

"How did I not notice you before?" He questioned himself and came up to me and kissed my head.

I smiled as he took my hand and led me to the dining hall.

As we entered everyone looked at us, everyone was looking at us.

"ASHY-BABY," I heard a high pitched voice squeal. Julia was running towards us, she stopped short when she saw our hands joined.

She growled at me, and I growled back.

"Get your hands of my man," Julia yelled at me.

"Your man?" I said surprisingly calm at her.

"Yes!" She yelled at me. I looked around and realised that we were making a scene, but I don't care.

"HES MY MATE!" I growled at her, she didn't appear to care.

Ash put his hand in my shoulder to warm me. I melted at his touch.

"I thought Ash was Night Howlers mate," Julia smirked.

I growled at her.

Let me take her, I can make her a dent in the floor, Alice growled

No Alice, I told her.

"Alisha, calm down," Ash told me, and his voice instantly soothed me.

I took a deep breath, and I went back over to Ash. "Can we please go sit down?" I asked Ash through clenched teeth, and he nodded.

We walked over to the table where Ash's family sat around, their was also the delta and betas families, there were two free seats, and I took a seat next to a girl that almost looked identical to Ash.

"Ohmygoshyourtheonethatashhasbeentalkingaboutallthetime," she took a deep breath and continued "imsohappytomeetyouivebeenwantingtiseeyouforages!"she gushed.

I looked at her in shock, that made no sense, "pardon?" I asked her, then she realised that what she had said made sense.

"I'm sorry, that made no sense, my names Joyce, Ash is my baby brother," she explained to me.

Joyce reached over me and pinched Ash's cheek. "Oi!" Ash yelled staring daggers at Joyce.

She laughed at the Ash.

"I'm so glad your my baby brothers mate, he has talked about you so much," Joyce told me.

"Joyceeeee," Ash complained, his checks slightly redding.

I smiled at the blush creeping up Ash's face.

The dishes of food were passed around the table, and we dished up our food, I looked at everyone's plates, they were overflowing with food, and I took the bare minimum of food.

Ash made a address to the meal and we made a toast, I finished my food as the same time as everyone else.

Julia came behind Ash and I, she stuck her head between Ash and I's head, she kissed Ash's cheek. My grip on Ash's hand tightened.

"Are you coming to school tomorrow, Night Howler?" Julia asked, I ignored her, seeing as that isn't my name.

"Oi, I'm talking to you," Julia said, but I continued ignoring her, just like Ash was.

"IM TALKING TO YOU, YOU BITCH!" She yelled at me, and she slapped my head, making me jolt forward.

I turned around and looked at her, Alice took complete control, and I just sat back and enjoyed. She looked nervous as she saw my coal black eyes.

"Alisha- I mean Alice, calm down," Ash said.

"Shall we take this outside?" I asked Julia, her eyes turned pitch black.

"Of course?" She said and I ran outside, deep into the forest, I heard Ash following us.

I could not be bothered about my clothes and I was angry, so I transformed, ripping up my clothes.

I heard two other people transform, I stood in a small clearing, waiting for someone to join me, I smelt, and I smelt this horrible smell.

It was fake, just like Julia.

She walked into the clearing and I growled at her, Ash followed and walked over to me; in wolf form, and started rubbing himself against me.

He attempted to calm me down, but it wasn't working, that bitch wanted my mate, my mate.

I ignored Ash's attempts to calm down, and Julia lunged for me, I went to go for her, by Ash ran in front of me and he growled at Julia, it was a growl that meant bow to him, I didn't have to obey, because a Alphas mate is immune to Alphas commands, he still has some power over me until we've mated. Mated.

Great.

For those who don't know, about two weeks after you first found your mate, it varies from person to person, if you haven't mated by then, then the female will go onto something called her heat, where her temperature rises and she has to be mated, and she sends out some sort of signal.

If her mate dosent come to her, then she will try to mate with other un mated men in the area, and then the mate can go on a jealous frenzy, and when a female mate has her heat, things can get quite hectic.

Julia bowed to Ash and then she ran away.

Ash changed back into his human form, I found it hard not to look down, so I started into his eyes.

"Alisha, or Alice, whichever one you are, that was stupid of you and her, and now you have destroyed that beautiful dress, come on, de transform." Ash told me, I transformed, he kept his eyes level with mine respecting my privacy. Ash went behind a tree and grabbed his clothes.

He came back and I noted that he had his trousers on, but leaving his six pack in view.

He chucked me his shirt, "wear this, I think we'll go to bed now," Ash told me and I nodded.
