Volume 6: The Capsule

the skeletons popped out of the ground and readied their giant spears. with my new tentacle arms, i swung them and knocked the sekeltons into pieces. just missing my side, a spear jutted from behind me; i turned to see three other skeletons approaching. i elongated my tentacle arms and swiped all three skeletons to the side, sending them flying into the stratosphere. with all danger gone, my tentacle arms became flaccid and shrunk into my normal arms. "okay training done" i cried out, trying to get the attention of Kwapulous. Then a beam of light started shining down from the sky and Kwapulous descended, and said "That was quick, child, you will do better than i ever imagined in this war-torn world." Kwapulous then pulled a shotgun from behind his back and shot himself in the head and his body exploded and his eye landed on the awestruck sergeant nibbles standing behind him.

"this happens a lot" i said to sergeant nibbles as the gooey blood started forming into a tentacle-laced shield. sergeant nibbles started charging towards me so i grabbed the shield and was able to bat him away as he jumped towards me. as he flew towards the sky, a large beast bird with four eyes swooped down and grabbed him in its beak and flew off towards its nest. in the distance i heard "THIS ISN'T OVER, BABY EATER!" i watched nibbles get taken away, and returned to the task at hand: finding this vile monster.

i thought hard on where to start and then remembered, that i have a beast tracker locator that will help me in my quest. i took the round silver capsule out of my pocket and clicked the red button, from it a holographic map displayed showing something i didn't fully understand. i zoomed out on the map to reveal the whole galaxy, but nothing showed up still, so i zoomed out further and saw a red dot in a completely different universe to what i was currently in, a place called the Migor system. "huh, this probably doesn't mean anything, i know a way to decipher the map around me but it isn't pretty," so i pulled down my pants revealing my metallic cyborg rear and plugged it in so that the map would show up on my eyes instead. now in the form of a HUD, i could see the target and also a location of a ship that would take me there.
