chapter 6 - happily ever after

CHAPTER 6 – HAPPILY EVER AFTER

After the wedding, Lucas was too eager for us to leave even though I knew he was still uneasy about leaving his pack and our daughter and so am I but I knew that he’s been waiting for this for far too long and I don’t want to keep him waiting anymore.

We bid our goodbyes to everyone as I got on Lucas’s car with him hitting the speed limit as we head off to somewhere that he has been keeping a secret from me as a surprise gift for our wedding.

Such a silly but cute man!

I smiled internally to finally have my happily ever after that I have waited for a long time since I found out that I was a red wolf.

Being a red wolf comes with responsibilities, because of their curse of not being able to trust they became cold and thirsty for revenge after the betrayals they have faced but finally Carnation broke through her curse and joined her first love in another world.

She was just another female who needs love and caring. Something all of us want and I’m happy for her for finally getting what she has always been waiting for.

I let out a happy sigh and drifted off to sleep.

After my nap—more like sleep I found myself waking up under something soft along with the delicious scent of food that I knew far too well.

I quickly got up and noticed that I no longer wore my wedding dress but my white lacy lingerie that Alexis and the rest of the girls insisted of me to wear.

I looked around and notice that the place was near the sea or ocean because I can hear waves outside, the cool breeze coming from the balcony was refreshing so I decided to get up but look for something to wear first since I have no idea where my luggage are so I just picked the white button long sleeve shirt that was placed on the white sofa on the opposite side of the bed.

Guessing from the smell I knew its Lucas and speaking of Lucas where the hell was he?!

And where the hell am I?!

Oh my god!

I’ve been kidnap!

Wait—no if Lucas’s shirt is here with his trousers that means I couldn’t have, god sometimes I question my self-intelligence.

Anyway I quickly put his shirt on and excitedly run outside of the glass door and the moment I saw the scene before me I was caught speechless.

The wide blue water outside was shining brightly from the sun’s light that made the whole place look like paradise!

I was totally mesmerised when I didn’t even realised until now that Lucas was behind me, I turned around and saw him dripping wet with a small towel that hung dangerously low on his torso, oh god he looks so yummy.

I quickly look away not wanting to get away ogling at him but unfortunately I failed as he let out a chuckle accompanied with his famous smirk that could swoon anyone, not that I would allow him, his mine and mine only.

“Where are we?” I asked him trying to change the subject.

“Caribbean,” he answered and once again I was speechless.

I have always wanted to go to Caribbean!

I excitedly jumped and hugged him tightly while saying thank you loads of time.

I decided that I’ve been hugging him for too long so I pulled away and notice that the front of his shirt was wet and my bra was totally revealed which by the way made the colour of his eyes turned a shade darker.
