It is okay to get angry. Everyone gets angry from time to time. It is human nature. But it is how we handle that anger energy that really matters. If we lash out at a punching bag to let it out, or if we will run a few miles to release the anger, that's good. If we pour our anger into something that will make our life better - like a new opportunity of some kind, that's good too. But if we let our anger run haywire, there is the possibility of hurting ourselves or someone else. if we’re angry about something. We have to make it sure we are letting it out in the right way.
