Sometimes we spent too much time worrying about something. An assignment at work that we don't feel capable of handling; a personal family matter that causes us great stress. Anything that makes us feel awkward and conflicted and anxious. But any amount of time we spent worrying about one of this is too much. First, worrying is pointless because it accomplishes nothing positive. Worrying will only make the situation worse because it adds stress to an already difficult situation. There is no reason to worry; it will turn out just fine if we handle all these things with a positive mind.
