Sarutobi stared the stranger down, glaring even, then he noticed the Ookamikage hat and sighed.
His shoulders relaxed and he waved away the ANBU.
"But sir h-" Hiruzen interrupted the ANBU. "Are you going to disobey a direct order?" The ANBU shook his head quickly and left in a whirl of leaves.
Sarutobi relaxed a little, and addressed the fellow Kage with the other Jonin still in the room grading missions.
"Kagami-dono. I did not expect you in this form, I apologise for my ANBU's rudeness." Kagami just smiled a pointy smile. "It is quite alright Hiruzen-dono. I came unexpected as you said. Now shall we go and greet the Kazekage?" Hiruzen nodded, and left with Kagami in a walked towards Konoha's gates.
The duo talked about simple small things such as. "How is Teuchi?" or "That's a nice shop, I went there once when I had time."
When they reached the gates, they where just on time because the Kazekage had also just reached the gates, accompanied by two Konoha ANBU.
Kagami walked forwards confidently, and stuck his hand out for a handshake. When the Kazekage didn't take his hand, Kagami became confused and simply just looked at the Kazekage, asking the two ANBU beside him. "This is how humans who meet for the first time greet each other yes?" The ANBU were slightly startled, but just nodded.
"Then why is he not taking my hand in greetings?" Kagami asked them again. The ANBU just shrugged, and Kagami looked towards the Kazekage, who ignored him and turned towards the Hokage.
"Hello Hokage-dono. Who might this fellow be?" Hiruzen his his anger, and replaced it with a blank expression.
"This is my very close allie Kazekage-dono, the Ookamikage." The Kazekage looked towards Kagami, and then spoke, and stuck out his hand to shake.
"I apologise for my earlier rudeness. You did not strike me as a Ookamikage. I thought you would look more.........more-"
"Wolf like?" Kagami interrupted, breaking the handshake. "Exactly." The 'Kazekage' replied pointedly.
Kagami only plastered a grin. "I only transformed into this form because I can't get into any of the buildings in my other form."
The 'Kazekage' only nodded.
"Why don't we go the Chuunin stadium to wait for the Genin."

After the little incident, the Kazekage, Hokage, and Ookamikage made idle 'Chitchat' whilst they were waiting for the Genin to get to the Chuunin Stadium.
Unfortunately the Hokage had to deal with a the fact that they had to many people that passed the second part of the Chunin exams. Therefore they had to wait even more.
The Ookamikage decided to be nice, and take the Kazekage for a walk, because they had been sitting and talking for the past, what, five hours.
The Hokage was expected to be back soon with the selected few who passed the preliminary rounds.
They were walking along, Kagami in human form, admiring the streets he grew up in. Kagami's feet instinctively took him to the Ichiraku Ramen house. The Kazekage and The Ookamikage sat down for a bit to eat.
