Time Traveling Skywalker III

Chapter two: catching up on old times.

Anakin looked at VTL (Stands for Vader time line) Luke and smiled, Young Luke looked at the other and said, "Father, who is this guy?" Anakin said looking at his young 19 year old son smiling, "This is the Luke Skywalker from my dark half's time line." He calmly explained, then old Luke said, "Wait a minute..... are you? Are you, the alternate timeline version of my father?" Anakin nodded vigorously smiling. Old Luke said crushing Anakin in a huge hug, "You're here, you're really here I thought I'd never see you again! Oh, I missed you Father!" Anakin laughed and said, "Hey watch it I'm only Forty years old right now!" Young Luke said, "Dad, so Darth Vader, the Emperor, the Empire, the Rebellion, Mom dying.....it was all true?!" Anakin looked glumly at his son and nodded, young Luke suddenly said smiling, "Wow! I thought it was just a story to get Leia and I to go to bed." Anakin laughed as Padme blushed remembering that night and the event that followed after Anakin's story, then he said, "In one way you are definitely right. But in other ways I told that story to keep you from making the same mistakes that the other me made." Young Luke said, "Oh, okay, thank you for doing that, Dad." He was at a loss for words, his father had told him that story to protect both himself and Leia from becoming like Vader did. Old Luke though merely smiled and said, "You did a great job with them Father." Anakin smiled and nodded his agreement and then he walked over to Padme and said, "It's alright, my love.(turning his attention to Old Luke) this is going to be a great time catching up with you, Luke." Luke smiled but deep down inside he was dreading to tell Anakin about Kylo Ren. Anakin said, "I remember everything Luke." Anakin smiled and put a hand on Luke's shoulder Luke was taken back to the day that the Anakin in his time line died and he had to wipe away the tears running down his face because of the memory. Anakin said, "So what's happened since I left? Han and Leia ever get married? ( Young Leia blushed at her father's question)" Old Luke looked sad then said, "Yeah they got married, and had a son named Ben." Old Luke shuddered as he said Ren's real name, and he had to regain his composure before he spoke again, "I on the other hand never married, and I was trying to train a new generation of Jedi....until a young Jedi named Kylo Ren turned against me and destroyed it all.....he betrayed and murdered Ben." Anakin's eyes widened as he realized what Old Luke was getting at with this explanation and he said, "Ben turned to the dark side?!" Luke crying could only nod. Then Finn said, "And he killed Han recently. Murdered his own father right in front of myself and Rey." Anakin found a chair to sit in as he bowed his head and tears came to his eyes. he mourned for Han for several seconds before Finn made the lousy comment, "That maniac is a complete fan boy of Darth Vader's." At that Anakin slammed his right mechanical hand that had been balled up in a fist on the arm rest of the chair and stormed out of the office with everything shaking violently as he left. Young Luke was about to go after him when his mother stopped him Padme said, "Just let him go, He needs time to blow off some steam. I know your father he'll be fine once he calms down, and gets his head together." Young Luke looked at his mother and said, "He doesn't need to be by himself Mom! What if he hurts himself or somebody else? you know how he is Mom! He'd never forgive himself if he hurt somebody!" At Luke's last words she nodded her agreement and sent Luke to go find him. When he found him he was in the training room dueling four simulated opponents at once with great ease and Anakin always kept the difficulty level on high when he practiced his saber skills as he did right at that moment, the four opponents were of his own programming they were, Count Dooku, Darth Sidious, General Grievous, and finally the ominous figure of Darth Vader clad in his black armored life support suit, flowing black cape and his under garments, the cycles of his respirator were loud in the room, easily deflecting Anakin's attacks with his red bladed lightsaber. The first three training droids fell to Anakin's blue bladed lightsaber, but the training droid of Vader still stood fighting just well as the real Darth Vader. Anakin programmed the simulated Darth Vader with all the knowledge, power and skill that the real Darth Vader prized. Luke watched in awe as his father fought his simulated opponent Luke's eyes widened when his father brought TD Vader to his knees and relieved his head from his shoulders in two strikes that were so quick that it looked like one fluid swing. Anakin was breathing heavily and then he screamed in pure rage and crushed the droids into small metal balls sparking from damaged wires and electrical systems.
