I was settling my books in my locker "Destinyyyy" Daniel sang throughout the hallway putting a smile on my face "hey Daniel"
"wassup lil baby" as he hugged me his hands landed on my my back I flinched do to what took place with my step dad last night "you ok?"
"Oh yea I just slept pretty bad last night I'm fine" I laughed trying to reassure him "better be so wassup you coming to see yuh boy after school or what??"
"Duh I have too"

I walked to the restroom to check myself I noticed I had cut on my lip I got a bandaid from my backpack put it on and kept it moving it's life. in chemistry class all i could think about is how bad i want out of this life, im not sure if i want to tell daniel, maybe once i get away from all of this then i could.

Opening the apartment with his key he held the door for me as i walked in. I admired everything that was in front me.. "you really have a nice placeeee" I said taking off my jacket forgetting that I had a tank top on revealing my brusies I noticed Daniel didn't say anything no thank you or nothing he just stood there.. I could feel his eyes on my back
" Destiny What happened??"
"Nothing Daniel I told you I just slept bad last night! Maybe I should come by tomorrow bye" I said quickly gathering my belongings and walking out the door.
I took a bus ride home leaving me time to think to myself...why does he even care I cried all the way home this is really killing me i just want it all to end I really wanna tell him but I cant.. he'll look at me different..
