I am SOOOOO sorry for you AppleMac shippers out there, but I SERIOUSLY HATE this ship!!!
Ok, maybe not HATE, hate is a strong word, so imma just say, I ' strongly dislike ' this ship.
I'm not saying it's wrong to ship them, but it's just my stupid opinion.
Ok, I have multiple reasons not to ship them. But I'll only say the ones that are easier for me to explain. First of all, they are SIBLINGS!!
Ok, I personally have my fair share of sibling OTPs like HIDASHI 😝 ( hiro x tadashi { brothers } ) and HiKaoru ❤️ ( Hikaru x Kaoru { Twincest } ) .
But for WHATEVER reason, ( I don't even know why ) but this one I don't like.
Maybe it's because in the other relationships that I mentioned above, the way they acted around each other seamed like more than just the regular sibling relation ship.

Plus the way Hiro acts after Tadashi dies in the movie. ( spoiler alert!! )
But for AppleMac.
It's just, no. I can't see them as anything more than just siblings. I mean, yeah he's REALLY protective of her, but he's also protective of his WHOLE family the same way. The apple family is just a really close family. Just because he feels the need to protect his little sibling. It doesn't mean that their ' secretly in love ' or something like that.
And plus, the only other reason to ship something ' just because ' is it has to just be a REALLY cute pairing. And that depends on your preferences. This ship just doesn't sit well with me.
