Yn POV
I was sitting on the couch with my 10 year old daughter, Makayla, watching tv 

Makayla:Mommy, when is daddy coming home

Yn: Soon baby girl

Makayla:Your lying

Yn:(looks at her) What?

Makayla:You always say he's coming home soon, when he doesn't show up for like about 2 weeks after. Mommy, I miss daddy, I hate it when he has to go on tour all the time. Why can't he just stay home with us?

Yn POV
After what Makayla just said, I started to tear up. She was right, Ray never really is home all the time with us. But I can't blame him, he's famous. 

Yn:Kayla, it's not daddy's fault that he can't be here all the time, you know that right?

Makayla:Yes, but why can't he just take a break some times?

Yn:Becase he's fam-

Makayla:Him being famous caused him to miss my ballet recital and the play that I starred in! I want daddy back! (runs upstairs to her room and slams the door)

Yn:(sigh) Makayla, (goes upstairs, knocks on Makayla's bedroom door) baby girl open the door, please?

Makayla:No! Leave me alone! (crying)

Yn:(opens the door slowly, walks in) Makayla, daddy wants to be here with you and me, he always tells you that if he could, he would be here with us everyday and never leave, daddy loves you very much

Makayla:(sits up on the bed, wipes her eyes) If he loved me would be here with me right now!

Ray:(walks in the room) I am here with you

Makayla: (gasps) DADDY! (runs to him, hugs him) I missed you!

Ray:(hugging her back) I missed you too (pulls away from hug) I'm sorry I missed your recital and play

Makayla:It's okay daddy

Yn:(walks up to Ray) Baby, I missed you (hugs him)

Ray:(hugs you back tighter) I missed you way more (kisses you)

Yn:(kisses back) I love you

Ray:I love you too

Makayla:(spreads them apart) Alright, alright, alright enough with the lovey dovey. What's really important is that daddy's back home

Ray:(picks her up) Yup, and I couldn't be any happier (kisses Makayla's forehead) Oh lord, Kayla you getting heavy (puts her down)

All:(laughs)

Yn: Welcome home Ray
