Chapter 9: A Devil For Me

Chapter 9:

Britney's POV:

It has been about 4 weeks since I've been in hospital. Andy has come to visit every day. The boys occasionally drop in as well which I am entirely grateful for.

I was currently flipping through channels on the little TV I had in my room when a nurse walked in.

"Hello miss Porch, how are you feeling today?" She smiled at me.

"Oh you know, I'm as good as one could be after flying out the front of my car and breaking my leg, but in all seriousness I am better" I say back.

"You should be able to leave this afternoon" she replies.

"Yay" I cheer. It wasn't that enthusiastic because I couldn't really be bothered being excited. At that moment Andy walked in.

"Oh hello Mr Biersack" the nurse purrs.

I mentally roll my eyes but didn't realise I actually did roll my eyes which makes Andy chuckle.

"Hi" Andy says back pushing past her and coming up to my bed. The nurse huffs and walks out. Well then.

"I can leave this afternoon!" I say cheerfully.

"I know, I got a call.. That's why I'm here" Andy smirks.

"God dammit Andy, let me have my moment" I joke.

He just laughs and sits down on the bed.

*time skip to when Britney is getting released*

Andy signs the papers and supports me whilst I get used to these crutches. This is gonna be a painful few months.

(A/N I don't know how long it takes for a broken leg to heal so bare with me xD)

After Andy helps me into the car we drive off back to his house which he insisted on me staying for the night. Not like I had a problem with that anyway.

"But Andy I need clothes!"

"You can borrow mine"

"MAKE UP!"

"You're beautiful the way you are"

"And-"

"Nope nope nope, you are staying here for the night, I don't want you going back to your mother in this state" he says.

I huff and sit back in my seat as Andy laughs at my pouty face.

When we arrive at his house I hop inside and Andy walks like a normal person. I hate crutches already.

Andy flicks the light on and all of a sudden a massive "SURPRISE" is screamed at me and I wobble back and fall. Andy catches me first which I thank the lords for. That would of hurt.

A welcome home banner is spread across the wall and I tear up in happiness. "Aww guys!" I squeal. It's so nice that they are doing this.

Jake, Jinxx, Ashley and CC are standing there with big smiles on their faces.

I hop over and hug all of them the best I can.

Andy's POV:

I look at the smile spread across her face and couldn't imagine anything more beautiful. I love it when she's happy.

I watch her attempt to hug all the guys and I smile. She's such a beautiful person, why couldn't it of been me in that crash? But she's alive and I'm so thankful for that.

"WE HAVE CAKE!" CC screams. I laugh quietly at his enthusiasm and follow the guys and Britney into the kitchen where it says "welcom home" on the cake.

"Who made this cake?" I asked.

"Uh, I made the cake and Jake put the icing on" Jinxx says.

"Right well, Jake.. You forgot the 'E' in welcome" I laugh.

Everyone notices this for the first time and burst into laughter.

"It makes the cake unique okay!" Jake says which makes everyone continue to laugh.

I feel a buzzing in my pocket and realise my phone is ringing so I step into the living room to answer it.

"Hello?" I ask down the phone. It was an unknown number.

"Hey baby" a female voice purrs. Uhh...

"Hi? Who is this?"

"It's Scout baby, don't you remember me?"

(A/N I have nothing against Scout and I apologise for any swearing that is involved)

"Fuck off, of course I remember you! I broke up with you that means we are OVER can't you understand that?!" I yell.

"Oh come on Andy, I know you want me back, come on.." She continues to try and seduce me. But it is definitely not working.

"No Scout, I'm done with you! I have been for a long time" I say and hang up.

I notice everyone in the kitchen has quieted down so I awkwardly shuffle back into the kitchen.

"You okay man?" Ashley asks.

"Yeah yeah I'm fine, nothing to worry about" I say plastering on a smile. Truth is, I was beyond pissed. How could she think that she could just walk back into my life as if nothing happened! As if she didn't cheat on me!

Yeah right!

I look at Britney and she mouths 'talk later' and I nod with a smile.

At least I can talk to her. I think, just slightly that she may be the one for me. I'm not sure yet, maybe a few more dates, at least the first one was successful.

So as time went on, the little party continued until everyone left at about 9:30pm so that left just me and Britney.

Time for that talk.
