Chapter 13: Children Surrender

Britney's POV:

After I get ready at my house, Andy and I are off to Ashley's house.

"I wonder who it is, do you think it's someone we know?" Andy asks.

"I'm not sure, but I'd love to make a new friend" I smile.

It's not that long a drive to Ashley's. So in a matter of 10 minutes we are pulling up outside his house.

Andy comes around and opens my door for me before I can even blink.

"Such a gentleman" I say laughing.

"Only for you M'lady" Andy jokes. I take his hand in mine and we walk up to the door.

Andy opens the door and walks right in. I follow him obviously. We enter the living room and see Jinxx, Jake and CC all looking really pissed. Ashley is facing away from us, his arm draped over a blonde girl.

"Hey Ash" I say breaking the silence. Ashley turns around and so does the girl.
What.
The.
Fuck.

"DUDE WHAT THE FUCK" Andy says voicing my thoughts.

"Britney, Andy, you both know Scout" Ashley says smiling.

"Can I talk to you Ashley" Andy says through gritted teeth. I put a hand on his arm silently telling him not to do anything stupid, he manages a weak smile and kisses me on the cheek before leading Ashley into the kitchen.

Ohhhh boy.

Andy's POV:

I lean against the bench in the kitchen trying to calm myself down. Ashley stands in front of me.

"Really? Ashley really? My ex girlfriend? Could there not have been ANYONE else at all?" I say Frustratingly.

"She said she was over you, and that she had a crush on me so I thought, why not?" Ashley says.

"And you BELIEVE HER?!" I half yell.

"Yeah, she seems genuine"

"She is NOT a genuine person" I say.

Britney's POV:

We all stayed silent as we tried to listen to what Andy was saying. I take a quick glance at Scout but she sees me look at her.

"What are you looking at slut?" She says flicking her hair.

"Definitely not your disgusting face" I retort.

(A/N: I repeat, I do NOT have anything against scout)

Jinxx, Jake and CC stifle a laugh. I walk over and sit next to CC. He smiles at me weakly, I manage one back.

"I'm much prettier then you actually" Scout says back.

"You keep telling yourself that" I say, acting bored. Soon enough Andy and Ashley come back.

"We're leaving Britney" Andy says coming over to me.

"I think we'll leave to" Jake says speaking for everyone else.

"Guys come on" Ashley says. But everyone gets up and heads for the door.
I follow Andy to the car, he's fuming. So I keep my distance. As soon as we get into the car he explodes.

"SCOUT?! SERIOUSLY?! IT HAD TO BE FUCKING SCOUT, OUT OF EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET, SHE HAS TO BE UP TO SOMETHING BUT I WILL NOT HANG AROUND SOMEONE WHO TRIED TO BEAT UP MY GIRLFRIEND" he screams. I stay silent.
He continues to yell our whole trip to his house. As soon as we arrive at his place Andy gets out of the car and storms up the steps and into his house. Not even waiting for me.

(A/N: I sort of forgot that Britney was on crutches, so I'll add that in now XD)

I get out of the car and hop to the back door. But unfortunately I slip. I land face first on the concrete. Fuck fuck fuck, that REALLY hurt. I hold back my tears as I try to get up but I can't.

"ANDYYY" I yell. Andy walks out the front door. Once he sees me he races over.

"Britney! Oh my god, I shouldn't of left you out here I'm so sorry baby" he helps me up then gets my crutches out of the back seat. I take them from him and head into the house. I collapse onto the couch.

I'm a little bit pissed at Andy, but I can't blame him for being angry. He has every right to be angry.

Andy sits down next to me and pulls me into his chest. I just lay there, staring into space.

"Are you hurt?" Andy asks.

I'm in pain.

"No" I say.

"Britney I'm-"

"Don't be sorry Andy, you have every right to be angry at the moment so I don't blame you at all" I say looking up At him. Andy smiles a little and leans down to kiss me.

"You're amazing, you know that?" Andy says.

"You're amazinger" I say stupidly.

"That's a new one" Andy chuckles. I laugh along with him.
I really don't want to go home..
