28: engagement party

Yuju's pov

Yah! It's Saturday and I don't get to see Kookie again.

"Yuna, come on down now. Let's eat." Sooyoung unnie said. I went down straight ahead to the dinning.

"Yuna!" Yoonsun piggy backed on me.

"Yoonsunnie!" I said and hugged her.

"Girls, let's eat already." Siwon oppa said so we walked to the dinning.

While we were eating, Yoonsun kicked at my leg under the table. So i looked at her. Then suddenly, my phone vibrated.

  So how are you with Jungkook?

She mesagged.

We're fine tho

  Hmm...okay.

She replied and started eating. When we were done eating. I went to my room. I get my phone. Will i call Jungkook? Or i'll just leave a message to him?

What will i text him?

Hey, how are you?

I backspaced.

Where are you?

I erased it. Aish! What will i say? Nah, i changed my mind. I won't message him.

I went down stairs when i encountered Sooyoung unnie.

"Yuna, can you please check the mail box? Maybe the thing i ordered online already arrived. It's wrap in a box. Please?" Sooyoung unnie said.

"Okay" i answered. I walked outside and to the mail box. I checked, the mail box there's no box in it like what Sooyoung unnie said. Instead, there is a paper for our water bill and an invitation card. I grab it and went back inside.

"unnie, there's no box but there is an invitation" i said and gave it to her. She get it and read.

"It looks like it's for you" she said and give it to me.

"Me?" I asked. She nodded so i get the invitation and opened it.

I was shocked when I'm was reading it. I accidentally dropped it in shock.

"Is there something wrong Yuna?" Sooyoung unnie asked. I can't answer if i'm okay. This can't be.

Sooyoung unnie get the invitation and she was also surprised.

"Engagement party? Of Jungkook and Dawon?..." Sooyoung unnie said.

"He's getting married? Yuna, why are you not answering me? He's getting married?!" Sooyoung unnie asked in a serious tone. I nod slowly.

I ran to the garden to burst all the tears. So that's why he always say 'i miss you' yesterday because that's our last day. That stupid. I cried my heart out.

"I hate you Jungkook...i hate you...i hate you..." i murmured while punching the birch.

I get my phone and tapped Jungkook's name. It started ringing until he picked up.

"Let's meet..."

Jungkook's pov

I ran fast to the beach where we'll meet up. I looked for Yuna and atlast i found her standing, putting her hands in her jacket while kicking the sand.

"Yuju..." i said as she turned to me. She just smiled.

"You're......getting married" She said. I looked down.

"You're going to be a dad to your child" she said.

"Yuju--"

"Congrats." She said and smiled half heartedly.
