Hazel woke up early, because of a scream..
She grabbed her spatha immediately, and ran outside to kill the monster...
The scream came from no one else then her brother, Nico Di Angelo.
He laid passed out in front of the Hades/Pluto cabin , but Hazel didn't see any blood.
" Nico, it's me, Hazel. Wake up. Did a monster attack you?! Are you harmed ?!" she said, trying to wake him up.
"Hazel ?" Nico murmured.
"Yes ! Help.. HELP !! I need some help! Could someone help me ?!! " ,she shouted.
Of course Frank came first, asking : "What happened ?"
" I don't know, I found him passed out! Could you get some nectar and ambrosia ! Do the bird thing !"
"Ehh, Hazel ?"
" You can't change ?"
"I think I know why he is passed out.."
" Why !? Tell me !!"
"You might want to look at your cabin... " ,Frank said pointing behind her.
Hazel slowly turned around and she almost also passed out.
Then she screamed one word : "STOLLS !!!!!"
Frank, Hazel and Emily, a camper who also came , found the brothers hiding in a bush, with the buckets of pink paint behind them.
Yes, they painted the Hades / Pluto cabin PINK, and glued stickers of rainbows and unicorns on it.
Hazel would've killed them , if Nico didn't kill them first .
Hazel wasn't as mad as Nico because of their cabin, she was mad because Leo was kidnapped and they acted like nothing happened!
" If my, eh, our cabin isn't normal again by the time we come back, I will summon an army of zombies who will really kill you !" ,Nico shouted.
"But I am going on a quest to save Leo... Oooh, Connor, you may clean their cabin whole alone !", Travis said laughing
"What ?! Nooooo, I'm not going to do that alone !! It was your idea !", Connor protested .
" Really !? Are you actually arguing for something like this ?! ", Hazel was mad, very mad "I am mad because you made me think Nico was dead... But where I am furious about, is the fact that you two act like it's a normal,even funny day, while Leo ,maybe ,is about to DIE !!" Hazel said, shouting the last part.
"Tooooooot "
"Saved by the horn !" Connor and Travis said in unison.
"I need to go back to my cabin, before my sisters and brothers wake up ", Emily said.
"Me to", Frank said "See you at breakfeast"
"Ok"
Hazel got to her cabin and put some clothes on. Then she got in line with Nico, who was murmuring: "13, fall in !"
You could feel the tension at the mess hall .(a/n :?) If there where more than 10 campers who where going on a quest at the same time, there must be something going on...
Hazel made a sandwich with Nutella® and sacrificed it in the fire.
"Please, dad, help me find Leo, or just make he doesn't die.."
She heard Nico mumbling something about a girlfriend by his sacrifice.
Even her own brother didn't really care about Leo ! Was she the only concerned one because someone was kidnapped ?
No, she tought. The rest of the seven also cared.
After breakfeast she got back to her cabin and showerd, brushed her teeth and got her backpack.
Frank was waiting for her in front of the Hades/Pluto cabin.
Together, they ran to Thalia's tree, where the rest was also waiting.
"Argus will bring you all to New York, and from there, you have to do it by yourself "Chiron said "I will give you all 3 drachmas, for calling me, or another group. "
Hazel putted her drachmas in her pocket, and got in the bus.
" Ehh, Hazel, do we have a plan ? "
" Well, eeeh, no."
"No problem, we will improvise"
"Good ide.. Aaaah !"Hazel screamed.
"An empousa ! " Annabeth said.
An empousa jumped on their car, and was now trying to break the glass.
"Why are we attacked so fast ? Is it going to be like this the whole quest ?" , Travis whined.
"Lots of demigods atrack lots of monsters !"
"Every one out the car !" Percy shouted.
"Katie, grow poisoned ivy ! Jason, do the lightning bolt thing ! Percy, attack her back, I'll attack her front ! " Annabeth planned
But the empousa was fast, strong and smart, so she broke the ivy of Katie, escaped Jason's lightning bolt and made Annabeth fall on her back and now she was going to kill Percy.
Gold !, Hazel thought, and she brought a stick of gold up right before the empousa her feet . Of course she falled over it.
" You kill her " Hazel whispered to Frank.
"Ok", he whispered back.
Frank throwed his dagger in the empousa her back and she transformed into dust.
"How I looove being on a quest ", Hazel said sarcastically.
