~She woke up~

  ~Edward's pov~

  'Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...'

  I tapped my foot on ze cold floor. I watched ze young girl silently, just vaiting for her to vake up.

  I found a few hours ago, zat she vas fine. Her heart was pumping just fine. She must have been dehydrated. She's so frail and thin. I suppose zat's vat ze outbreak vill do to you.

  I vondered around in my zoughts, vondering vat she could be zinking of. She's quite a cute little one, isn't she? Her (h/l/) (h/c) lye gently against ue soft bed she vas laying in.

  Zen, two beautiful (e/c) eyes fluttered open. Ze girl quickly sat up, and looked around. Zen her eyes landed on me.

  "Who are you? Where am I?" I chuckled lightly, and sat up, straightening my jacket.

  "Oh, Dempsey~ Takeo? Nikola~ Ze flower bloomed~" I called out, almost singing. I looked back at ze girl, as she stared at me confused. Ze rest of my crew came in, and looked at ze small girl in ze bed.

  "Don't worry, you're in good hands. Well, I can't promise anything with these assholes, but me? You're safe. No worries." Dempsey said proudly. Nikola flicked him in ze back of ze head, which caused him to curse under his breath.

  "Don't vorry, pretty one. Jour just a bit dehydrated is all. Jou'll be perfect in a few days." I replied, vith a small wink. For a second, I zought she had blushed. I zought zat vas quite cute.

  ~(Y/N)~

    Finally stood up on my feet again. My legs hurt a little, maybe from all the running I do. This was a strange place, there were a lot of rocks everywhere...

  "Mosocovium, dear." The german said softly.

  "What?" I asked confused.

  "Zese rocks, zey're mosocovium, or formally know as Element 115. Zis is vat's in ze zombies."

  "Huh...so you're saying, this is the shit that caused the end of the world?" I said sarcastically.

  "Hm, I suppose in a vay, yes." He replied. He dusted off a few of the tables. Could this lab belong to him?

  "Anyvay, I'm Dr.Edward Richtofen, and jou are?" Edward smiled, sitting in a chair.

  "...(Y/N)..." I sighed out, running a hand through my hair. So many thoughts were racing, with so many emotions from these past few months...when everything started happening.

  "Vat a beautiful name, for a beautiful girl~" Edward added. For some reason I felt a small blush creep up on my cheek. Some of my hair fell in front my face, as I bashfully brought my hand to my lips. (Anyone do that? Or is that just me?)

  Next thing I knew, Edward was right in front of me. He brushed the strands of hair from my face, and caressed my cheek with his gloved hand. This made me blush.

  'Could I be developing feelings for this, german scientist?'

  Then, the man who I would assumed was named Dempsey, came in with a loaded gun.

  "Hey, you two. We got some hordes coming, get ready." He ordered. Edward mocked him when he left, which made me giggle a little.

  I followed after Edward, grabbed my now fully loaded Sniper, and Kap-40. I can do this, right? It's nothing I haven't done before. Only now, I have back up.
