The group walked down the small town roads. People eyed them curiously before bowing their heads in submission to them. All except one. A young demoness stood in an ally way, watching the procession, of sorts.

She didn't find it was important to show respect to people she despised. To her, all the royals were stuck up and snobby. All they ever did was flaunt their power, in her opinion.

She narrowed her eyes at the Royal Family when they passed. They were walking alongside a human boy. To the hatred filled demoness, it looked as though they were bringing back the spoils of war, or something like that.

Deciding to do the right thing and free him of his 'captors', the girl followed them until they left town. The group she was tailing had stopped at a small clearing in the forest just outside of Bellder.

This was her opportunity. They had no guards and were completely vulnerable, or at least that's what she thought. Creeping around the edges of the clearing she noticed there were no chains attached to the supposed captive.

Ignoring this fact, she watched the family settle down in the clearing and begin to enjoy a light meal before they went on the move again. Deciding not to wait any longer, she pounced, landing right on top of the King.

"Oh my, I didn't think you would go straight for me." Sebastian chuckled, grabbing her by the collar of her shirt and pulling off of his firm shoulders.

"You should have left her there. She makes quite a nice ornament." Ciel and Amelia laughed.

"Let me go!" The stranger yelled, causing everyone to go quiet before they erupted with laughter.

"Why on Earth would we do something like that?" The twins giggled as they walked up to her.

"She's funny Daddy!" Frea added from atop Alarix's shoulders.

"Indeed she is, little one." he replied.

"I said let me go!" she barked again.

"You need to answer some questions first young lady." Sebastian said, setting her down in the grass. "First, why did you attack me? As far as I remember I've done no wrong to you."

"Lies, all you Royals do is flaunt your power, when in reality you have none. I know how politics works." she replied in an irritated rant.

"Interesting. Now, why were you following us, hmm?"

"I came to rescue that human." she answered, pointing angrily at Ciel.

Ciel laughed, a genuine laugh at this."Unfortunately Madame, you are about three years too late." he chuckled.

"How so?"

"I already sold my soul."

"I will retrieve my payment and more when I wish for it." Sebastian cut in. "Now as for this not having any power bias of yours. It is completely wrong."

"Prove it." she spat.

"Are you prepared to live with us for a certain amount of time?" Amelia asked, staring at a different pocket watch then she normally carried around.

"Sure, I've got nothing but time."

"Then it's settled. Who wishes to keep track of her for the time being?" The King inquired.

"We'll do it Papa!" The children volunteered.

"Alright take care of her." he said, before returning to his meal.

"We will!" they chimed and dragged her over to their shared blanket. "Now to introduce ourselves."

"I'm Eagus."

"Frea."

"Celia and Celeste."

"Dorian."

"Ciel."

"Morticia." The girl replied, trying to tell the twins apart.

"Woah! You're hair is pretty

"Woah! You're hair is pretty." Frea gasped, reaching towards Morticia.

"Don't touch me!" she smacked Frea's hand away.

There was a moment of silence among the children. "Sorry, I really like to braid hair. It really is a habit I have to break." The small blonde apologized.

Morticia remained silent for the rest of the picnic. Her mind was racing. Did she really just strike a Royal? Would she get in trouble? Were they going to kill her? When would they? All these questions zoomed throughout her brain as she sat in silence.

After an hour or so, they were on the move again. Morticia or Tish, as the kids now called her, stayed behind them, showing respect for the first time.

'I wonder who their parents are?  They all look so alike.' she thought to herself.

"Our parents are the lady in glasses and the man next to her." Frea answered, gesturing to her brother.

"Ours are the bubbly one and her man." The twins went next, taking the hint.

"Mine are the one with the piercings and the dude next to her." Dorian added, pointing at his parents.

"You can think of Sebastian as my Father. My real parents aren't alive anymore." Ciel stated nonchalantly.

"I'm sorry." Tish's expression saddened.

"That's quite alright. Thank you for your concern for me earlier." he replied.

The two quickly got acquainted, talking nonstop as they made their way to the Demon King's Palace.

"Papa, you live here?" The kids gasped, jumping up and down

"Papa, you live here?" The kids gasped, jumping up and down.

"Yes I do." The older demon chuckled.

With elegant smiles the group strode through the castle gates...
