The lion approached still fixing Kiara in the eye, she couldn't help but feel that the deep hazel eyes strangely resembled her mother's but it was just a massive lion and lions could not resemble human beings.

The lion reached her and raised its paw and touched her forehead, Kiara closed her eyes as she felt all the pain, the sorrow and grief all slip away just as the paw reached her face. She had not felt such peace in a long time that tears started falling down freely down her face.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself face to face with a fairy. Her eyes were a deep shade of blue matching her wings; she wore a small green dress that looked as if it was made from leaves and small ballerinas which also resembled strangely like wings. Kiara wasn't sure what to think considering that she had never seen a fairy or any other magical creature.

"Hey there" the little creature said in a small high pitched voice and Kiara thought it unusual that it could speak human language. The little creature was perched on a tree such that she was upside down and at eye level with her.

"H-hey" She struggle to reply not knowing what to say next, what was she supposed to say to a fairy? Even though she looked friendly in all aspects still Kiara felt uncomfortable.

"I'm Rose what is your name?" the fairy stretched her mouth in an attempt to smile exposing small whitened teeth and sharp ends.

"Kiara; my name is Kiara" she said still dumbfounded and in awe for the little thing in front of her. Her father had always told her that all the magic creatures were free to live in the kingdom but no that she thought of it; she wondered why she had never seen any of those in all her life.

"Come on Kiara, I am not that scary am I now? Stop gaping at me" Rose said framing hurt but a small smile grazed her lips thereafter.

"Excuse me R-Rose I'm not used to seeing uh-uh" she said gesturing for the little fairy on front of her

"Oh really? Then I am sorry if I scared you" "So if I am not mistaken you ae the princess right? What are you doing here in the forest alone?" Rose went on and on for another hour or so until Kiara grew tired of her; not that she didn't like her but the fairy was so talkative that she found it hard to keep up with her questions.

Kiara released a sigh when she saw Louisa approaching feeling saved of the little fairy's rant. She now realized that Louisa looked strangely like Elisabeth, her small red lips and her big eyes were just like Elisabeth's that she found herself thinking that she had found Elisabeth back through Louisa and Augusta.

"Oh Rose how are you? I see that you have already met my new sister" Louisa said smiling and seeming amused by Kiara's discomfort over the fairy.

"She's your sister? But she is the princess and you are not a princess" rose said seeming wary of Louisa

"I am not a princess but she is my sister; now if you will excuse me Rose I have come to take her home" Louisa said pushing Kiara past the rose who seemed to be contemplation about the news she just received and for some reason Kiara suspected that the news would be over the forest folks in no time.

She and Louisa walked for a long time on the forest that Kiara could not quite believe that she had gone this far; If Louisa had not found her, she would've never found her way back to the house. She then remembered that she had not had time to ask the young man she found in the woods and why he seemed to hate her.

"Louisa, who was that man on the house?" she asked her voice low, they had reached the lake already so she knew that it was not long before they reached the house.
