Upon receiving the text message, I can tell that Lisa is planning something childish. Though I don't think it will hurt to try and talk to Jennie. I just hope that it won't make things worse.

"Meet Jennie in the Grace Coffee Shop in town by Saturday 9 pm."

I notified the head of the university that I will no longer teach. But my mother completely disagrees with the idea and assumes that it was all because of my ex. I didn't come up with the decision easily, since I've been planning since day one to leave and teach in another school.

I stand outside the coffee shop waiting for Jennie, it's still 8:12. I decided to wait for her inside, and ordered coffee. While taking a sip, I see Lisa approaching the shop through the glass doors. She enters and gives me a smile. "I'm waiting for Jungkook, have you seen him?" She sits infront of me. "No." I reply. Then why was Jungkook chasing after Jennie? I thought he liked her. Lisa turns around and a girl wearing a skirt and a bomber jacket came in, it was Jennie. "Lisa?!" She looks at her in shock. "I planned a double date for us." She stands up from her seat and offers it to Jennie. Jennie whispers something, and Lisa laughs. Jennie now looks at me and bows down her head slightly. "I'll be sitting next to Jennie, while I wait for Kookie." The coffee I'm drinking passed through my nose, immersed in laughter. "What's with the nickname?" I ask her, "How much was the ring again?" She replies, putting her sunglasses up. I remain silent while Jennie nudges Lisa in the arm. "Oh, Kookie's here." Jennie looks back and Jungkook arrives. "Professor Taehyung?" His jaw drops. "Have you been well?" He sits down at the seat beside me, "Yeah, just devastated." His expression saddens, "Sorry. I-" I interrupt him with a smile, "It's alright. She had found someone else."

Jennie POV
The obvious dark circles under his eyes are worrying me, but at least I know that he had stopped crying, that his eyes were not red. "Taehyung." He looks and focuses his eyes on me, "I'm sorry if I get a little annoyed sometimes its just that I'm not used to people being kind to me." He takes a deep breath and says, "You don't have to be sorry, I'm the one who's supposedly creepy in the first place." He laughs and smiles a little. At least he's a bit happy. We proceeded to take a few orders and we talked with each other. Laughter filled the air and it went surprisingly well with Taehyung. With his joyful self, it's enough to pull someone in under his spell. The "date" ends and Lisa and I leave the shop. Taehyung runs after me and goes, "Thanks for letting me forget the problems I had for a short time." He smiles and pulls me into a hug. It seemed like he needed it for a long time. He lets go of it, and waves goodbye at us. Lisa proceeds to stay at our house for awhile.

We went home screaming at my pillow and thanking the most highest for the discontinued proposal. "I think Taehyung likes you." She smiles, I lift my head from the pillow, "You think?" Lisa nods, "But you're a bit intimidating." I frown at her comment, "Besides he left the school already, it won't be illegal anymore." I roll my eyes and placed my head again at the pillow. "I think he already showed interest in you ever since." I chuckle at the thought. The gate outside of our house makes a sound and opens. Lisa and I look at each other and rush to the window of my room. I open the curtains and see Taehyung. Following that, there was a knock on my door. "Jennie, you have a guest." My sister calls. I rush downstairs and see Taehyung smiling, sitting on the couch.

"Jennie!" I jump, back to reality. "I didn't send it, just calm down." Lisa puts her phone down. "Can I have his number?" I ask Lisa, "As you wish." she shows me the number as I save it on my phone.
