I ran downstairs and got breakfast for the day.
Mom was drinking and still I didn't wanted to experience what happened the couple of times before.
She's a drunk, and I try to help her, i do. I usually just sing a song that Tyler played at a concert once.

I ate breakfast and rushed out the door.
I plug my headphones in my phone and played some music.
As I walked to school I looked up at the sky and fiddled my fingers to the beat. It was a nice fall day. The tree leaves were orange and red and the sky was a beautiful blue. I saw pumpkins in front of people porches and scary decorations on the roofs and yards. Then suddenly o remembered it was...

I jump up and slap the person from the back of my hand they caught my hand just in time too.

When I face the person I noticed it was no one else but Tyler or a kid trying to scare the frick out of me.
"Wow Ty, what a fright on a morning of Halloween" I say smirking at him.
"What it's Halloween i needa scare you sometimes and let's just that was SICK!" He laughs as he pulls me on his shoulder with his left arm.
"I got you for sure, you shall wait Ty" I say messing up his brown dark hair.
"Oh really, I want to see that" he says raising an eyebrow.

Tyler and I sat two seats from each other. He was in the far back and I was in the middle.
"Come with me after school shortie" a guy says from behind me.
" Sorry I already have plans with someone else" I say turning my head towards him.
"Don't be silly it's Halloween I wanna show you a treat." He says laughing.
"She said she already has plans with someone else which is me." Tyler says from behind the guy.
"Oh really, you don't seem so tough Tyler"
" Wanna bet?" Tyler says raising an eyebrow with a serious look on his face.
I was in front of these two and I was certainly not in the mood now.
"Alright Afterschool, unless you're staying with this bitch!" He says.
"Tyler it's okay I'm fine."
"Now, you messed up there. You tried to fuck with him/her and now you call y/n out his/her name. Watch the hell out dude."

I saw Tyler looking up at me I felt it.
Gave me a warm chill.
I looked back and he quickly puts his head down.
We was supposed to be reading so I quickly got up from my seat and sat next to Tyler.
" Don't do it okay? I'm fine." I say putting my hand on his head.
He lifts his head.
"Are you sure about that? Cause if you're not I'll-"
" I'm fine Ty." Our eyes met.
He smiled up at me.

•Afterschool•
I saw the same guy who was harassing me earlier. I pulled Ty hands around mine and locked it.
We walked down the stairs and we was stopped by him.
" Scared now?" He says chuckling from behind us.
I looked up at Ty his eyes were watery, and his hands were sweating and shaking.
"Tyler look at me, let's go"
" yeah ty lets go and play some useless music." The guy mimics.
"Yup too late" ty says under his breath.
In a flash Tyler was launching at him, he had him pinned down to the ground. Punching and grabbing him. The crowd got bigger and more reckless. I tried to push them and tell them to back off.
Look what you done, can't keep these guys off you.
Dammit not again not you...
It bothered me again and again and I almost lost grip to the people huddling in.

But then I saw a guy a bout 5'6 with yellow highlighted hair in a hoodie.
He jumped over the crowd and wrestled Tyler off the guy. Who's name was Chris Forger since I heard everyone screaming his name along with Tyler.
It was Josh!
"Come on buddy" Josh says pulling Tyler off of Chris.
"Josh?" He says calming down with blood on his knuckles.
I helped Josh pick up Tyler who was bleeding on his lower lip. We both had his arms and we reached into a nice red and black car.
