•Y/n Pov•
I help Josh pull Tyler out of the car through the door that lead into the living room from the garage and placed him on the couch. The house was big, it had red and black furniture.
He put his head up and sniffed. His bottom lip wasn't bleeding just dry and red. I asked Josh where was the kitchen and got a wet cloth.
"Here" I say putting the cloth on his lip.
He looks me with his eyes jaded. He was tired.
"I'm so sorry, y/n" ty says putting his hand on my arm. His head still facing up at the ceiling.
" no need to apologize Ty, i can't be mad at you forever" I smile.
He closes his eyes, smiles, and soon falls asleep.
My mom wouldn't mind me staying here I mean she wouldn't care regardless.
I sat on the couch with Josh.
We decided to play some videogames. Then ate nachos and then just talked a lot.
"Wait so you two, scared each other in the river?" Josh laughs.
"Well, it was cute, while it was happening. Tyler did had the effect on me." I giggle.
It was about 8pm when we was exhausted and Tyler woke up in the guest room.
"Hey Josh mind if I spend the night here?"
"No way, you're welcome, whenever you need space my house is free for you. And I wouldn't mind you being in with Tyler." He winks.
" real funny josh, I demand a rematch on guitar hero stat!" I giggle.
"Ha whenever, wherever might just get Tyler to help me out"
We both laugh and headed our ways.
I ran up the stairs to Tyler's room and saw him laid up against the bed wall with a ukulele, picking the strings. Once I made it visible for him to see me his eyes darted at mine. He smiles.
"May I enter sir?" I say dramatically.
"You may y/n" he giggles.
I rush in, and jump on the bed and sat next to him in the same pose.
"How's your hands?"
"They're alright. It takes to take them down."
We laugh.
"Guess what Tyler!!"
"What?"
"You need to guess" I roll my eyes still happy.
"You found lamb lamb?"
"No." I frown, I miss lamb lamb now. Lol.
"I'm going on tour with you!" I squeal.
"That was next in line on my guess,"
"But anyway that's awesome!! I can't wait for it." He grabs me into a hug.
"You got me in a singing mood now." He squints his eyes and opens the curtain so we'll see the sky.
•Tyler Pov•
This is my chance to tell y/n how I feel before the tour. The perfect moment to say how I felt towards him/her. I picked off the 1st and 3rd string then .

We was under the stars, talking about our anxiety.
When we first confessed our problems.
When I told her my story, he/she had this little cry of help in his/her eyes, so fragile but so intact to what I was saying.

Like the way josh has.

After that moment we was quiet under the stars and I just hold him/her tight in my arms. And said everything is going to be alright.

So then I  strung a tune. I gathered my thoughts in the memory and strum.
I'm so afraid
Of what you have to say *my voice cracks*
'Cause I am quiet now
And silence gives you space...
I look up at y/n, his/her curiosity gives me confidence. I smile and look down.
I'll never be, be what you see inside
You say I'm not alone
But I am petrified
You say you are close
Is close the closest star?
Before I can say the final line y/n says "as close as the closest star darlin"
I froze and I look up at y/n raising an eyebrow. Our eyes are watery.
You just feel twice as far, you just twice as far.
"Y/n I've been meaning to say t-this for a while," I say scratching my neck.
"What?"
" will you go out w-with me?" I say under my breath.
Y/n eyes widened open, he/she brings her hand to mines.
"Yes, I would love to go out with you Tyler."
He/She says as she leans in to kiss me.
I pull my hands up to his/her cheeks and kissed him/her laid down on the bed.
