       "YOU IDIOT DON'T WALK IN THERE!!!", you said. You were currently reading a Rick and Morty X Reader where the reader was really, REALLY stupid.
       "UGH! See! Now you got yourself kidnapped! Are you happy with yourself?!?", you said as you were on your bed, your legs in the air as you laid on your stomach. This is ridiculous, that room was clearly marked as a do not enter room, why reader, why?!? As you continued to rage at the reader's stupidity, a noise was suddenly heard in the room, making you stop. You looked over towards the end of your bed to see a green...portal? ...HOLY SHIT ITS THE PORTAL FROM RICK AND MORTY! Two people suddenly popped out of the portal, FREAKING RICK AND MORTY. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS A FANFICTION?!? (maybeeee)
"U-uh, excuse me, I think our p-portal is broken. C-can we stay-stay here for a bit?", Morty said with a blush on his face...'WAIT A BLUSH HOLY SHIT DOES MORTIMER SMITH HAVE A CRUSH ON ME.', you thought to yourself. Sadly, you're a Morty fan, the one that has a crush, and you yourself almost blush, (you're 13 in all chapters special or not lol) but you stopped yourself.
"Uh, sure? Although I think you're in a whole different dimension, cause here you guys are a TV show.", you said with a head tilt. You didn't notice Morty blush;).
"Wo-*burps*-Woah. Morty, we're famous here! We're famous here, Morty!", Rick repeated while shaking Morty's shoulders roughly, causing him to be dizzy. You chuckled at the scene in front of you, getting up and checking outside of your room, hoping that none of the workers at the orphanage that check the rooms in the morning were here yet. Thankfully, they weren't, so you decided to sneak them downstairs to the room where extra parts were for when stuff needed to be fixed (sorry my mind is seriously drawing a blank here for what exactly to call it) so that maybe Rick could try to fix the portal gun there.
"Alright so this is an orphanage, and it would be strange if you guys were just wandering around here, so I'm gonna try to sneak you guys to the extra parts room so that maybe you can fix the portal gun there, Rick.", you said while quietly opening the door again, your back faced towards them as you looked around for people in the hallways once again.
"Stop staring at her ass, Morty.", you heard Rick say as Morty's stutter worsened. Your face went full blown red. You waited until your face wasn't red anymore and turned towards them, planning to act as if you didn't hear them.
"Sorry, what did you say?", you said, feigning innocence. They immediately stopped talking.
"NOTHING! It was nothing!", Morty shouted with an extreme blush on his face. You faked a shrug and waved them over, since the coast was clear to leave. You all slowly snuck out of the room and they followed you through the hallways of the orphanage. Finally, just as you were a few doors away from the room, somebody walked towards where you were.
"Quick, hide!!!", Rick said as he shoved you and Morty into the room marked closet. You heard him quickly shuffling into the parts room. You cursed, trying to at least find a light switch. Morty found it first, flicking it on as you both adjusted to the brightness.
"I can still hear her out there, we'll just have to wait for a bit.", you said just above a whisper, sitting down on the floor. Morty nodded, sitting down beside you on the floor. You both talked about things you had in common, which was surprisingly a lot of things. After a couple minutes of talking, there was a noise outside the room you didn't hear. You were just about to say something, but felt something on your lips. Once you realized that it was Morty's lips, your eyes widened immensely. You heard the footsteps of the person you didn't notice before walk away, and Morty pulled away from you, his face completely red.
"I-I'm sorry! There-there was someone walking by again and I-I had to think quickly!!! I'm sorry!", he stuttered out. You were still shocked, by chuckled anyway at his stuttering.
"It's ok! Really!", you said with a small smile, making him blush more than he already was. You walked towards the door and made sure the coast was clear, and once it was, slowly walked out of the room with Morty on your tail towards the parts room.
"There you guys are! I fixed the portal Morty, lets go.", Rick said as he started to pull Morty away, but not before noticing his glance towards you. Rick sighed and let Morty go.
"Fine, fine, go say goodbye to your girlfriend.", Rick said walking towards the portal gun on the table. Morty blushed and looked over to you with a smile.
"Uh, I guess this is goodbye, huh?", Morty said while looking down and playing with his fingers.
"Yup...see you around maybe?", you said with a soft smile towards him. Morty smiled back and nodded.
"Yeah! See you next time!", Morty said and kissed your cheek, running towards the portal Rick made and jumping in.
"I'll bring him over again soon.", Rick said towards your red face with a wink as he jumped into the portal, it quickly disappearing after.

Holy crap this was 919 words!!! Anyway, IM SO SORRY THIS CAME OUT SO LATE!!!! I have been extremely busy these past few days!!! We're almost at 2k reads wtf guys thanks so much! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! And if there are any of you that have unfortunately lost your mother, I will be your mother for the next few seconds!!! I'm proud of of you and your accomplishments, (y/n)!!! Love you❤️❤️❤️
