Chapter 4 - Tutor

          "Morty! I can't believe how much school you've missed! You've only done 7 hours in 2 months!!!", Morty's dad shouted as I simply stood beside Rick, not wanting to be apart of this.
           "And YOU! I've had just about enough of your adventures with my son, Rick!", Morty's dad proclaimed as you slowly stepped to the sidelines.
           "Please, please, there's no need for fighting! Why don't you have (y/n) tutor him? She has the best grades in the whole school!", Mr. Vagina said as he turned to you, which made everyone else look at you. You sighed and looked over to his parents.
           "I can tutor him.", you said with a small smile as they smiled back at you.
           "That would be lovely! Thank you so, so much (y/n)! I'm Beth Smith and this is my husband Jerry Smith!", Beth said as Jerry gave a small nod to what Beth said.
           "It's nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I believe me and Morty should get back to class, yeah?", you said as you grabbed Morty's arm and dragged him over to your next class, which was science. He let out a small sigh of relief and gave you a thankful look, in which you returned a nod back.

~Time Skip To After School~

You waited for Morty as he was packing up his stuff, sitting on your desk and swinging your legs.
           "Well well well, look who we have here!", your bully Nathan said as he shoved you off your desk, making your stumble right next to Morty, who gave a worried glance towards you. You rolled your eyes at Nathan, deciding to be sassy cause why not?
           "Yeah, I'm here. No need to make a big fuss.", you said with a chuckle.
           "Mind going home? Your presence reeks of broken dreams and alcohol.", you said with a smirk as Nathan stood there shocked, since you never had the nerve to talk back to him.
           "Why I ought to-", Nathan said as his fist was about to come crashing into your face. But before it could, you grabbed his fist and twisted his wrist, hearing a crack. He yelped, running out of the room while screaming bloody murder. You chuckled and looked over to se Morty and Rick, who you assumed used a portal to get here, with their thumbs up. You have them a thumbs up back then sighed.
            "I have to get going. See you tomorrow!", you said while walking towards the door. But before you could, Morty called out for you.
            "Hey wait! Want us to take you home? Your p-parents are probably really worried.", Morty said as I winced mentally. I sighed and turned towards the two with a face of steel.
            "They passed away from a car crash. I live in an orphanage. Also, it's fine, I can walk. See ya!", I said and quickly sped out of the room, but not before seeing the slightly saddened looks on their faces.
