Benny ran out of his house, a pack on his back. Behind him, his mother is screaming at him, "GET BACK HERE! YOUR NOT ALOWWED TO LEAVE! STOP!" She said it aggressively. Benny just kept running. His stomach hurt. He stopped at the end of the cliff. He had never been outside. It was all strange to him. When he looked out the cliff, he smiled. He had seen things like these in books. "A town! I could swear we lived MILES away from-" He doubled over and threw up. He quickly stood up and put his hand on a tree to keep his balance. "She poisoned me! The Lady POISONED me!" He cried. He heard the hounds barking. "And she's trying to catch me!" He whispered weakly. He jumped off the cliff. Luckily, the cliff spread out from there. He quickly shape shifted, and turned his feet into a surfboard. He slid down the cliff, almost expertly dodging boulders. He looked up, and saw the hounds looking straight down at him. He tensed. Their four red eyes were full of evil. Their large teeth were bared in snarls. There huge ears were flat against their heads.
He looked back in front of him, and hit a rock. He flew forward. In midair, his feet turned back to normal. Once he hit solid ground, he rolled. Once he stopped, he was on his stomach. He went into a ball and groaned. He stood up, clenching his stomach. His backpack had fallen off. He quickly grabbed it, and ran. He ran in the direction of the town. He looked back to see if the hounds were still chasing him. Nothing was there, though he thought he saw a flicker of purple and blue...
He ran into a wall.
He fell down. He groaned. "Ow...." he weakly mumbled.
He stood back up, and realized he was at the outside walls of the town. "Whoa." He walked along the walls until he reached the huge entryway. He looked into the town. Different creatures of different sizes and shapes were walking up and down the streets. Buildings were all over the place. He walked down into the street. Creatures kept bumping into him and pushing him to the side. He clenched his stomach. He went onto the sidewalk and continued walking through the town. He clenched his stomach tighter. "It hurts..." he whispered. Then he blacked out.

He woke up in a nice, comfy bed. Comfiest he's ever been in. He sat up, and looked around in astonishment. He was in one of those beds with lacy curtains, and big, fluffy sheets. He had no idea something like it existed. He saw the walls lined with different antiques. There was a fancy white dresser and a fancy, golden rimmed mirror above it. Above the exit to the door, he saw a sign that said, "Believe in the beauty of everyone's heart's, and you'll find yours." Benny scrunched his face. He slowly crawled out of bed and realized how tired he was. He had a huge fever, and his stomach felt like it was melting. His head was pounding, but he still got up. He found that he was weak on his legs. He had to keep his balance alongside the walls, being careful around the expensive antiques. Once he got to the door, he heard voices outside of it. He listened, "You'll be fine. The doctors examined him, he just got poisoned. You won't get ill near him." It was a women's voice. She had a smooth, clear, young voice. In her mid-20's, perhaps? He kept listening. "Me gettin ill ain't whatsa gotten mah knot ina twist! Its that hesa damned USS. Theysa says, that them got dark souls. Comes froma the Executioners themselves." It was in older lady. A lot older. She talked weird, Benny couldn't quite apprehend what the lady was saying. "Theysha, please. It'll only be for a few nights, until he recovers his strength. You can tolerate him until then, can't you?" The woman said politely. Theysha growled, "Fine, but only few days. Then I wants him outta here. I dun want the demons spawn in thisa here household, even ifa it's not even mahn." The lady's tone suddenly got softer. "Yousa lucky you mah best friend, Memby. Else I probly woulda been boltin out that front door, hyup." Memby laughed, "Thank you." They're voices slowly started fading as they walked down the hall. Benny shape shifted himself to squeeze under and out the door. When he got into his normal form on the other side, he turned around in means to begin walking. He rammed into a end table with a pot and flower on it. "Shoot!" He tried to catch the pot before it hit the ground, but before he knew it, it shattered. Dirt fell everywhere. "What in mother's name wuz that?" He heard Theysha yell. Footsteps ran towards him. He tried to run but rammed into the end table again, knocking the air out of him. He wheezed. "Oh dear, are you alright?" He turned around and saw a pair of green and blue blurry eyes looking into his red ones. He gulped. "Y-yes."
"Aw, shoot. Looksa at what's he done did here masta, he done knocked that there pretty flowa on your red carpet!" Theysha hissed. Memby looked down at the pot. "Its alright, just roll that one up and- actually no, just tell Daveed to do it. It'll be fine Theysha." Theysha looked like she was about to spit. She glared at Benny, with colorless, clear, solid eyes. She then turned around and left. "Mind her, she's getting old in her age. She's a darling when you get to know her." She was looking into his eyes again, and he couldn't stop looking into hers. She had slender, tall horns. Nice, dark blue, soft looking fur with white patches, and was wearing a lacy, white gown. She was actually quite beautiful. "Are you okay?" She said, concern edging her voice. He nodded, realizing he was staring. He lowered his head. She put a silky, gloved hand on his forehead. "My, I can feel your fever through my glove." She put a hand on his chin and raised his head. "Get some rest, will you dear? Daveed will get you some food if you need." She led him back into the room. "And do mind the decor, they were my parent's." And with that, she shut the door behind him. He stood in front of the door, silent for a moment. Then, he gladly settled into the puffy bed, and slept.
