I'm No Angel

When I see her running at the glass and slamming into it made me a bit scared at first but when I looked at her face I was so shocked, I couldn't say anything. I couldn't turn away from her, even when she was screaming at me. I just couldn't look away. I snap out of my dazed when hear something slam on the glass in front of me.

"You're beautiful" I blurt out before I could stop my self.

I put my hand to my mouth, shocked that I actually said what I said. I look at her and what I see shocks me. She is not slamming her hands on the glass she is just standing there starring at me, she didn't look as angry as before.

"What did you just say?" she asks me after a while of just standing there.

"You're beautiful" I answer back.

"I know what you said, but why?"

"You just are" I say looking at her.

She turns her head to look me in the eyes, she has to look up at me because she is a lot smaller then me, making her look innocent and lost.

"No I'm not. I'm horrible and I scare people away with just one look at my face". She says sadly looking down.

What is she saying? She looks like an angel that has fallen from heaven. An angel that has nowhere to go, an angel that is stuck and wants to get out. She is beautiful. All I want to do is help her get what she wants. I don't know what has come over me but I just want to take her with me and run far away to somewhere that no one will ever find us. Where no one will harm her.

"Scarlet, look at me. I know that I have only just met you and I don't know you that much but you are the most beautiful girl I have ever laid eyes one. You look like an angel". I say truthfully.

This makes her put her head up quickly and look at me in the eyes, I see one tear rolling down her pale white skin making me just want to wipe it way and hold her close to me.

"I'm no angel. I'm terrifying, I'm a monster, I'm insane, I'm a lot of things but I know for sure I'm not an angel, I'm my destroyer" she says not turning her eyes away from me.
