Yuuri couldn't speak, so shocked, so scared, so worried. "V-Vik..tor?" Whispered Yuuri, "Viktor.." said Yuuri again. "VIKTOR" sobbed Yuuri, Viktor didn't speak, didn't move, didn't even open his eyes.

By instinct Yuuri picked up his phone still in floods of tears he dialed 911. Immediately someone picked up on the other end "emergency services, which service do you require?" Said the voice.

Yuuri tried to formulate a response but was still in shock of what happened and his words came out more like a cry, "i-it's my friend" said Yuuri crying "there's been a hit and run and he's bleeding very heavily and he's not getting up" he cried into the phone.

"Okay sir, what is your location?" Asked the voice. "It's Nevsky pr next to the theatre" said Yuuri, "Okay, there's an ambulance on its way over now. One more thing, please check if your friend is breathing if not you may have to perform CPR" said the voice before hanging up.

Yuuri threw his phone down onto the side walk, 'how could they be so calm about this?' He thought as he held Viktor's hand close to him, Yuuri thanked the gods to see Viktor's chest slowly rising and falling every now and then.

It was a matter of seconds before an ambulance came round the corner, medics immediately running over to Viktor and doing a variety of different things like taking his pulse and other stuff that Yuuri didn't know what was.

Yuuri still hadn't said anything yet, one of the medics there asked him if he was okay and asked him if he could stand, Yuuri only nodded and stood up to go over to Viktor. "Aren't you Yuuri Katsuki and isn't that Viktor Nikiforov?" Somebody asked him.

Yuuri nodded not making eye contact with anyone not really wanting being asked anymore questions about his skating career, after a while before Viktor got driven away Yuuri finally spoke up, "can I ride with him?" He asked one of the medics there, the medic looked at him. "Please" said Yuuri "he's my fiancé" he said.

The medic nodded "of course" she said, just the word 'fiancé' brought tears to Yuuri's eyes again. He held Viktor's hand the whole way there and didn't look away from Viktor once in case he miraculously awoke, but it seemed unlikely for the time being.

When they arrived at the hospital, Yuuri had to stay back in the waiting room until the doctor said it was okay for him to go in and see his Viktor, The doctor had told him a lots of different things many of which Yuuri didn't have a clue meant.

The only two things he remembered that the doctor had told him about Viktor was 'heavy bleeding' and 'surgery'. Unsure of what time Viktor would of even come out of the surgery, Yuuri pulled his phone out of his pocket which now had a slightly scratched screen but still useable.

He scrolled through his contacts until he found the one person he should call and tell what happened,
Yurio
He had a right to know what happened, he was their friend, he was close with Viktor back when they were both younger skaters.

Yuuri's phone rung for a while until Yurio picked up on the other end, "Katsudon?" Questioned Yurio. Yuuri smiled at his little nickname that Yurio had given him, he'd stopped with the nicknames pig and dumbass a while ago.

"Hey Yurio" said Yuuri meekly, "What's with your voice?" Asked Yurio, "where are you Yurio?" Asked Yuuri trying to change the subject. "In Kazakhstan, Staying with Otabek. Aren't you with Viktor in St Petersburg?" Asked Yurio, Yuuri paused at the mention on Viktor's name.

"Listen something's... happened" stammered Yuuri, he heard Yurio go quiet "whats happened?" He asked a little afraid to ask, Yuuri paused careful to word this the right way, "well..." he stopped for a moment, "Viktor's in the hospital" he finally said.

He heard complete silence on the other end, "Yurio?" Asked Yuuri quietly. "St Petersburg hospital is it" Asked Yurio in a still voice, "yes" said Yuuri, "we're getting the next flight over now" he heard Yurio say before he hung up.
