Stand by You- Chapter 3

I was thinking without change

Thinking only about you

She went home disappointed. She tried every method not to see him again. But still, maybe the gods like to mock her. She never wants to see him again but on her second day after coming back from Australia, she saw him and what’s worst he invited her to her most cursed café”.

“What a jerk” as she punch the huge teddy bear she received from him.

She was packing her things up to prepare for her entrance ceremony tomorrow. She placed a green notebook in her bag just when a photograph fell from it – a photo with the jerk kissing her. It was taken in a photo booth and as expected words such as “Love” and their names was printed on it.

“Kuso. Everything in this world is now jerk-filled? Then I don’t wanna live anymore.”

She woke up very early to prepare for the acceptance ceremony.  Her dad accompanied her all the way to Meiji University and went to work.

Meanwhile, a bunch of guys approached her.

“Hi! We’re going to a goukon later to celebrate. Wanna come with us?”

“Gou…kon? Are you kidding me? Thanks but no thanks.” She refused.

“Come on. Think of it as a friendship symbol. You might ended up dating on----“

Someone punched one of the guys, causing a ruckus in their area.

“Don’t flirt with a girl especially if she refused in the first place.”

“And who the hell are you? Trying to play the knight in shining armor role? Look freshie, we’re seniors here and we can send you out if we wanted.”

“Me? I’m her man. So back off.”

Kei grabbed her hands a far from those guys. He doesn’t want to gain any more attention. And he doesn’t want anyone to flirt with his girl.

“Wait. Kei! I’m your what? Are you insulting me, dumbass?!” she slapped him on his left cheek.

“I need to say it. Why? You want those guys to keep harassing you?” Kei replied back in an annoyed tone.

“Sorry…Thanks..for what you did back there” she said shyly.

Apparently, Kei found it sweet however; he knows that she still hates him. The ceremony just ended and luckily, no one saw the commotion between them except for the freshies that doesn’t give a damn.

“Say, Kana. Wanna drop you to your house?”

“I can manage you know”

“What if another bunch of thugs approached you?

“You know I’m a blackbelter, right? I can kick their asses off.”

“No whether you like it or not, I’m coming with you.”

“B-ut” Kana hesitated

“No buts…look you’re wearing a skirt, you think you can manage, huh?”

“Fine.You won.” Kana replied back and she’s somewhat embarrassed with what he has said about the skirt.

There’s no denying any way that Kei was staring at her the whole time especially at her smooth legs ever since their conversation started.

“Pervert”she mumbled.
