I hear someone knock on my bedroom window as I wipe the dust off my old soccer ball, it's literally been just in my closet for nearly nine years, since my parents died.
"Hi Melody," Louis warmly smiles at me.
It's always like this, he would get mad right before he leaves, and the next day he would act like nothing happened.
"I can't take it anymore," I run my hands through my long blonde hair.
"What are y-"
"You said you would answer my question! You said you would answer it right after we finished the book! And nothing! You're acting like you never promised to answer it at all, and you did," I'm breathing like I just ran 12 miles and my face is probably the color of a tomato right now but I don't care, I want to know.
"You're such a hypocrite," he whispers whilst shaking his head.
I narrow my eyes at him. "How am I a hypocrite!" I furiously scream.
"All this time you've wanted me to answer the stupidest question when you won't even answer mine!" He loudly screams and my eyes widen. "The world doesn't revolve around you, you know."
"Shut up! You've never asked me anything-"
I stop as I realize, maybe he did ask me something after all.
