So, everyone's definition of depression is different because everyone deals with it differently. Some people get seasonal depression, where they only get it during a certain season. Some have depression all the time. Some say they experience it in waves, like it comes and goes. But one thing all of those different forms of depression have in common is, it sucks and you wish for a way out. Me personally, I've been dealing with depression since October of 2016. I know it's pretty recent, but to me, October feels like it was years and years ago. I feel like I've been dealing with this for years, not months.
So since you kind of have a small tiny glance at what depression is, there is one more definition topic that I need to cover before we start the actual book.
